I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

The QX 70 has plenty of leg room in the front and rear. Vehicle is very stylish I love the rear cargo space excellent for shopping and hauling equipment.
I have had a very good experience buying a new Infiniti at this dealership. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The negotiation process was very pleasant and I will continue doing business here.

This car has the performance of a sports car! It's so sleek, comfortable and 325 horsepower is great. I love the way it looks inside and out. The seats are extremely comfortable and handles like a high performance vehicle.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This was great car purchase for me and my son! I like all the comfort features and it drives great!
I like the analog clock in the dash.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My wife wanted to buy a bigger replacement for her G25x. Typical SUV styling is efficient, but boxy. Having driven the G sedan for 6 years, she was used to its performance image and its great reliability. She wanted sporty styling, good power, adequate ground clearance for snow country, seating for 5 and moderate cargo capacity. She also wanted a luxurious interior. The QX70 has all of those attributes and we paid quite a bit less than the sporty performance Euro-SUVs that are out there.
Auto media people are critical of the FX-35/QX70s because they've been around for so many years and changed little. Those with a capacity-bias, say that it's cargo area is compromised because of the swoopy styling.
I say: If it ain't broke -- why fix it? The car stayed essentially the same because the package worked for those looking for more sport than utility in an SUV. We are pretty happy with this car.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Every aspect of the vehicle is a joy the power, exterior look, driving effort,.snow traction and value pricing make it a great Sport SUV to own.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I saw a car on cars.com that was for sale at Murfreesboro Nissan at 9:00 on a Fri night and emailed to see if it was still available. I got a call from them at 830 the next morning saying it was and I made an appt to come in. The car was exactly what I have been looking for and the price was better than I had seen elsewhere. The salesman Donnie was friendly and knowledgeable, and after I drove it I was ready to buy. I did not feel pressured and was able to get the exact car I wanted for a good price. It was worth the drive to Murfreesboro from Nashville!

Car looks great, ride is smooth and fully loaded has tons of neat features. My favorite at the moment is the heating and cooling seats and the all around cameras to help me park it, as I'm still getting used to it. There is not a lot of console space for things like change and keys, you pretty much just get cup holders and the storage space in the arm rest. Mine has the sport package so to me it looks more sleek and solid with the 20 in rims, mud flaps and roof rack that don't come on base models. Overall I'm more than pleased with it. It is definitely a head turner.

So this review is about 9 months late but hey, better late than never. I bought my 2014 Ram 2500 here in April of 2017. Brad, Tony and Adam are superstars. They are honest, they aren't pushy and the finance team is awesome. I got an incredible deal on a truck that is literally in showroom new condition. The entire process was fast and painless. These guys are GREAT. If you're looking for a great used car, there's just no other place to go. They've earned my business, my loyalty, my respect and my gratitude. Music City Autoplex is the standard by which all others should be judged.
I really praise God for this car lot. The place was clean and welcoming. I really love the efforts they have made to ensure their guest are comfortable and fed. It was a nice touch to see that there were snacks at each desk also the salesmen seemed relaxed. I must say Joe Fike jr. Is very young but he was a great listener and the car he showed me was the exactcarI had test driven but the other atlotwould. It work with me. My wife and i stoppes by to drive a new Armada....We have never owned a Nissan and wanted to try the Armada. Everyone was very friendly, very laid back....We advised we are just looking and not buying however they were still very friendly and helpful. When we purchase we plan to give them our business.
