I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Working with Taylor, at Luther INFINITI of Bloomington, was a pleasure. We stopped in one afternoon to test drive the new QX60. Taylor shared with us current used inventory on the lot, and the new vehicles available. Taylor explained all the options and the available purchase incentives. After a few days we returned and purchased a new 2018 QX60. The entire sale was seamless and trouble free. We hope to do business again some time down the road!

Called in after seeing a large amount of oil under my 2018 Ram. Service got me right in, diagnosed the problem, informed me of situation and fix, fixed it up and had me on my way in no time at all. Overall great job!
Car started running super rough out of the blue.... Had it towed to Burnsville Mazda and they were able to fix it for me quickly. They recommended spark plugs too, but I had just done those a year ago, so they said it was fine they didn't replace those with the ignition coil.
