Love it! I bought slightly used and was able to afford a vehicle that I never thought I could afford. I love all of the safety features, and I feel very safe in it.
I know their service department is second to none and did a thorough job inspecting it so therefore it will be a reliable vehicle for my future. It is extremely comfortable and so beautiful too!
Friendly experience and never pushes me away if I don't make a appointment. Recommended what my car needs by the book no scarce technics. Also fixes my car in reasonable circumstances never wait to long.

I have always wanted this vehicle back when it was the QX56. Previously I owed a FX35. Well I finally bought my dream QX80. It has all t he bells and whistles I love in my cars plus some. I am 6' 3", 230 and it gives me all the leg room I need. I truly enjoy the 13 Bose speakers, navigation system and the Satellite radio. The safety features are out of "star wars"....stops the vehicle before I do in a projected critical traffic situation. The builders engineers thought up all most everything for this vehicle except City/Highway gas mileage. I really wish they had engineered the fuel burn to be close to 30 MPG as possible. 14.5 average hwy don't get it bro! They have to do better in that area. When they do, I will trade my 2015 in for a upgraded QX whatever number. Other then that you will truly enjoy this engineering marvel.

Love my 2015 QX80! Traded my 2015 MKT for it. Needed more room. Bought it used with low miles. Great on the highway. Only thing I wish it took regular unleaded.. But quite a comfortable ride and easy to handle on the road. My family loves it. Quite a classy vehicle.
I' e had several dealing with Stephen Palko and the Richebach Infinti service department over the last few months. I have to say that the service has been exceptional. Stephen goes above and beyond with me and others I've seen and talked to in the waiting room. He is a true asset to the organization and a good reason to do business with Richenbach Infiniti.

Exceptional interior! Highest level of detail I have seen. I purchased the Limited model and it is BEAUTIFUL! Performance is much better than I expected. It is a large vehicle so I recommend a longer test drive in your typical environment to ensure it matches your ability.
The best car buying experience I have ever had hands down. I will never buy a car anywhere else! Great environment, everyone was friendly and an extremely fast process. Drew Phillips was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process enjoyable! Thanks to everyone involved!

This car is such a pleasure to own. For a full size SUV it drives like a dream. The interior is lush and super spacious! The engine is super powerful too. Best vehicle ever!
Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.

This vehicle is fully loaded, it is a limited edition that is no longer made so it is now a collectors item. AWD, custom entertainment package with bose surround sound, heated seats, steering wheel, mirrores, etc... It has the blind spot indicator with an advanced safety system as well. Love this car but have a new baby on the way and it's too small.
Steven Palko of the Richenbach Infiniti service department is excellent at providing a the best possible service he can. Steven is knowledgeable, experienced and very personable. I have had several experiences at Richenbach service department that have totally exceeded my expectations. Good job Steven!
Great value for a luxury SUV

This SUV met the needs of our growing family. The QX80 offers lots of room, power, and safety technology at a reasonable price. Have historically owned Lexus but went with the Infiniti due to its larger size and ability to get more technology than what was available on the same year Lexus. I am hoping it is reliable as our Lexus have been.
I bought my dream car from Bob Marnick with Mike Ward Infiniti and it was the best buying experience i have ever had. I inquired via internet, received a very nice and highly informative email just like I asked for. When I had additional questions, Bob called me on his day off and gladly answered my questions and arranged a test drive. Final trade-in/purchase was a piece of cake with only a brief discussion to find a very fair agreement. I have never had a buying experience this good. Thanks!
