Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.

This car is so easy to drive. Extremely safe and comfy. Much better than Mercedes GLS. I own both... This is by far better. Did I mention reliable... Oh yes. Very reliable car.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
Sales representative very professional/friendly and quickly answered questions about the vehicle. Dealership receptive to negotiating internet sale by out of area customers unlike many that list vehicles on cars.com.

We are new to the infinity family. I love the bells & whistles and the smooth ride so far. Our kids love the entertainment package.

Only negatives are it needs to be about one foot longer so there could be more storage space behind the back seats. Also, the way you have to remove part of the bumper to get to the trailer hitch stinks. If you pulled a trailer once a year it would be bad enough but I pull one about once a week and it is a pain to have to take off and put back on.
I contacted Tan about a M37 Infiniti the day before I bought it. Mr. Tan kept in contact with me till I was able to come in the next day. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and not at all pushy with the sale. We were in and out in about a hour, maybe 1 hr and a half. I was extremely happy with my experience and purchase. Went in to the dealership as I saw a really great deal for a used car online. I worked with Shane Gee who was amazing. The process was a bit long but its because they were busy but the facility kept me, my wife, and my 5 year old son occupied. They had a play area for the kids and food and drinks while we waited. Overall the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Great vehicle with lots of room, techincal comforts and style. If looking at an Escalade, X5, Range Rover or Danali, try the QX80. great value.
The guys at this dealership do an outstanding job. Nikola in sales is outstanding as is Ivan the GM, Ace the Assist. GM and Frank in Finance.

Bought it used from Enterprise w/20K miles. Great price! Simply love the luxury, performance, COMFORT and security of this vehicle. Probably my favorite vehicle in 30 years. Mileage is not bad at all - average btn 13-16 with mix of city and light highway. If it weren't for the lousy Long Island traffic it would be much better.
The dealership was very nice and the salesperson very freindly and courteous. The car was beautiful but had some very evident problems that they said would be corrected. If the repairs were done correctly might be worth a second look.
Bobby messer was very professional, and very caring for my car needs. He always kept me updated and made my process go very smoothly. If you ever need anything when it comes to servicing your Infiniti, ask for Bobby, he is wonderful!
I had an amazing experience at Southwest Infiniti! I didn't buy a vehicle but, Berj took great care of me! He didn't make me feel like another number that walked through the door! Even 2 weeks later called me to check on me! I felt valued! Berj also gave me the proper options for when I do come back I will know what to expect! I will most definitely reccomend pple to go Southwest Infiniti and I will give them Berj's name to see!
