5 Golden stars! I was in the market looking for a new car had been searching for almost a month. I ran across Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh while watching Sunday night football ball.. seen this 2014 max and that I had to have! I inquire about the car the next day and a online rep contacted me about my inquiry. I set an appointment for the same day! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership with all good hopes of bring home a car! As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was actually looking for the rep that I had spoke with earlier that day but she had left for the evening. MACKLY, my guy! He was beyond great! He told me that the lady I was looking for was out but he could definitely help me! I sat down with him and discussed exactly what I was there for! Instantly he grabbed the keys to the car and we headed for a test drive! Man this car was CLEAN! Mackly was very knowledgeable with his information provided! Seems like him and I had met once in this lifetime! I felt right at home! Once back at the dealership things went good and smoothed and fast! Of course numbers were ran and Mackly did his best while working with his team to get me a good and affordable rate! Long story long or more so short! Fred Anderson Nissan is great dealership with great people I wouldn???t mind any day doing business with!
QX80 Best Value for the money...

This is our 2nd QX... we had a 2011 QX56 that gave us a great 128K miles. We purchased the 2018 base loaded up and it has not disappointed. We drove the Cadillac, Lincoln Nav and the layout, spacing, design, drivability is as good or better for 20K less. Most notably they have done an excellent job of making the cabin even quieter then the previous versions. Whisper quiet. Best back seat leg room of the entire segment.
Went to Crossroads to have my wife test drive a couple of cars but wasn't in a rush to buy one. Luby was our salesman and he was FANTASTIC. He's been at this dealership a long time and he knows his stuff. He's not a high pressure salesman, answered every question we had, and really went the extra mile in customer service. He worked with the finance department to get my deal done, despite some negative equity in the car I was trading in. I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. And I know I wouldn't have gotten better customer service anywhere else. Took the car in today to have detail work done on it, and they gave me a loaner to drive while they did the work. Once again, customer service was second to none. We're loving the 2017 QX70 and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Crossroads Infiniti. Go see Luby and he'll take care of you.
2018 Best Version Yet of the QX80

I upgraded from a previous model and was pleasantly surprised that the car while still basically on the same platform has been improved in almost every area. Infiniti has made small improvements in almost all ares of the cabin , refining the small things many of them I did not even notice till I used them and was pleasantly surprised at how much better this car functioned. The driver assistance and technology packages are huge pluses and make the car feel the most comfortable of all the large luxury SUV's and i test drove them all. The entertainment systems works flawlessly with my iPhone and as for the complaint that it does not have apple play included in its system, thats not even necessary as the bluetooth link connects both phone and audio seamlessly , so the apple music subscription which I have on my iphone plays and is easily controlled when you press the media button on dash. In my opinion this is the best car on the road and it drives amazing.

This car is very unique in its styling and its handling!! So many cars look the same. I was driving on the highway when I first saw the QX80 did not know what kind of car it was. Well, I
speeded up to catch the car to determine what kind of car it was. I have been in love with the QX80 since that time. There is only about three of these cars in my small county. I don't have one yet, but it is the only car now for me!! And it is worth waiting for!
Joshua, Micheal and Logan are phenomenal. The customer service they give is always impeccable. They know their customer by name and know what their customer needs are, that's very important. Striving to provide excellent customer service to each person and making them feel important is awesome.
