I utilized the "express service' for a quick oil change in middle of day - no wait, spent about 1/2 hour at dealership - they explained service and recommendations for upcoming 45,000 mile service - great to know ahead of time so there won't be any surprises. I appreciated that they did not scare me into thinking that I needed to do additional services today as I was not prepared for a longer stay or a more costly service. Victor Chaves was professional and patient. He also encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions. Reception staff are always courteous and professional, especially Val (who now works in another department but makes a point to say hello whenever I come in).

Wonderful experience my husband and I had. The salesman we dealt with, Lou, is one of the best we have ever had the opportunity of doing business with. He was kind, very well spoken, listened to everything we said or asked and went above and beyond his duties as a sales person. Vinnie, as well, was very helpful and they made you feel right at home. No pushiness or rushing to get you into a car. Their main goal was to get you a car that met your needs and your budget. This is the second lease we have gotten from them and we intend on doing our business with them. We have had many experiences with other dealers, but they are the best. Whether or not the purchase of a new car is a good investment is as much about service after the sale as it is choosing the right car. My first Infiniti purchase was in 1997. Bought a new Q 45 for, well, $45,000 dollars. Still own and drive it everyday. It has a quarter million miles on it and drives like a bullet. Based on that very positive experience we tried a 2014 Q 50s. Wow. What a car. The technology and drivability is really stunning. As with many new models the car had a nagging issue that turned out to be a hard to find engine vacuum leak. Finding the problem took several months and 10 or so service appointments. With that kind of experience you might expect me to have a negative feeling about the car and the manufacturer in general. In fact the opposite was true. Kelly Infiniti treated me like a partner in the challenge of getting the car fixed and spared no effort or expense making sure we didnt suffer because our car was constantly in the shop. After it was fixed we really fell in love with the car and continued to have an extremely positive experience every time we have it serviced at Kelly. I have yet to find the limit to which this team is willing to go to make things right. Making a good investment in a car is a tricky business. My old Q45 has cost me, to date, 18 cents a mile to drive. But it would never have gotten this far without a great service partner like I have at this dealership. At Kelly the extre expense of servicing my car at the dealership has always been more than made up by how quickly and correctly they fix the problem. When you drive a car for 20 years you also appreciate the importance of original parts. They really last a lot longer than the cheaper alternatives. These virtues have saved my both time, money, and contributed to the safety of my car over the long run. Suffice it to say Im a life long fan. Randy Johnson

Purchase: October 2018 Working with Scott Sokoloff at Infinity was easy from the first test drive to the final signing of the my 2018 pre-owned certified Infiniti Q50. Scott gave me necessary information on the features of the cars that I was interested in and then informed me when a pre-owned certified car that matched my preferences became available. Previously I had gone to Infiniti of Westwood and I did not feel that my experience there was anywhere close to the service that I received in Nashua. The negotiating and buying process at Albrechtauto Infiniti of Nashua, NH was streamlined and took one week to finalize everything. The negotiating was conducted mainly through email and was completed with my hundred percent satisfaction including high trade-in value of my 2009 Toyota Corolla. Victor Pena has proven to be the best, most customer service oriented, knowledgable, responsive, courteous and thorough service rep I have ever dealt with, across several hi-end dealerships and brands! Follow-up discussion and email exchange with Service Director Victor Burgos, was thorough, pleasant, friendly (as if I knew him for years) and very thoughtful and helpful - great guy it seems. I have found a new vehicle which we are super impressed with (in fact impressed with entire line ) after having purchased 2 Jaguars, 5 BMWs and 6 MBnzs in most recent past. Found a great dealership with Infiniti of Nashua (better in every regard than Kelly where I orig purchased the QX60)...so much so, that I purchased a 2019 QX50 for my wife Dorothy (she absolutely loves it). Sales consultant Scott Sokoloff is excellent, diligent, great knowledge and follow-thru and when next comes around, I hope to work with him. Dave Gerardi, sales mgr, was superb to deal with, negotiate fairly and honestly, a gentleman and a professional - he made the QX50 deal happen. Likewise, dealing with Steve Sokoloff, Finance Mgr, made the typical less enjoyable finance matter (both vehicles were purchased) a pleasant experience, and out of the norm for us, we purchased additional coverage, good work Steve!

Sean is a great person to work with and not pushy at all, even took the time to get to know my son and myself. In fact, every person I had contact with was very polite and personable, a trait that is hard to find at car dealerships these days. Every employee did what they could to accommodate my terms and are very reasonable in both my trade and their vehicle. I come from a long line of Kelley buyers. My first car after college was a Kelley Nissan (courtesy of my mom). My aunt bought her jeep from a Kelley dealership. My mom brought two more cars from Kelley one for each of my brothers. My sister and stepfather also bought their cars from a Kelley dealership. In case you haven't been keeping count, across my family, over the last 8 years we have purchased 6 cars all from Kelley dealerships. We are good for almost one car a year. So naturally, when my graduation gift started to kick the bed, I turned to Kelley to help me through the journey of purchasing a new one. And all the experience did for me was reinforce why we are a Kelley family. My rep Peterson Charles was tremendous. Seriously, if you go to this dealership, request him. He was extremely knowledgeable, very straight forward, personable and I always felt like he had my best interest at heart and not only wanted my business but wanted me to have an excellent seamless, no hassle experience with Kelley. And here's the shocker, after the sale, after I signed the paperwork, his attention, his service, his effort didn't waiver. I can tell you one thing, he and Kelley have a loyal customer in me. I will see you in 3 years or so Peterson when I upgrade! Also, the sales manager Cong was really helpful as well. He listened to my needs and made it clear to me that I was a valued customer. My service rep was nothing less than excellent. He quickly determined my long term plan of ownership and was very supportive of my desire to maintain the car at its best. At my request, a very thorough diagnostic was done to determine any current or near term problems. Several items were found that were covered by my warrantee. Though I spent $1200 that I did not expect to spend, about $3,500 of work was done. I feel very secure about this vehicle and confident in driving it up to around 140,000 to 150,000. This is my favorite car ever. I plan to enjoy it before buying my next Infiniti. I am more impressed with Matt than any other service rep in the past at other dealerships. I am in a job where customer service reviews are critical to my standing. I understand how important positive remarks can be. Do not loose this man.

Dropped off our Q-56 for noise in front end. They immediately had me go for a ride with the mechanic ???Travis??? so I could discribe what I was hearing. He went over everything with me then I got turned back over to Dennis who was very efficient and got me into my rental car and I was out Within 15 minutes I get a text telling me if there is anything I needed I could call or text whatever???s more convenient. (Love that part). By the afternoon I got a call from Dennis in service explaining what they thought... they worked with me on what they could. When I picked up the car is clean and vacuumed. The repairs where all good. Including when they did the alignment the steering wheel was prefectly straight going down the road. Last thing I can say is ... I???m from the North Shore Boston. We have Infinity dealer 8 miles from my house... but I still went to Nashua Infinity which is 45 minuets .. hopefully that says it all. Thanks Eric

What a wonderful experience! Nico my salesperson had been very patient with my questions and concerns on the QX60. I learned a lot about the difference between leasing and financing a vehicle which I found very helpful. The rest of the staff at the dealership were great and very personable. I am still in the process of weighing my options and just wanted to relay the great experience I had at Kelly Infiniti. Was originally interested in a Toyota Sequoia (we’ve been Toyota fans for years) but checked out the Infiniti QX80 because of the looks and features and chose the QX80 over the Sequoia. Great value for the price point.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is our 2nd QX... we had a 2011 QX56 that gave us a great 128K miles. We purchased the 2018 base loaded up and it has not disappointed. We drove the Cadillac, Lincoln Nav and the layout, spacing, design, drivability is as good or better for 20K less. Most notably they have done an excellent job of making the cabin even quieter then the previous versions. Whisper quiet. Best back seat leg room of the entire segment.

That surprised me as I didn't know what I could get into with a new job change, average credit , and being a first time buyer. Well the new one was slightly more then I wanted to pay.... The 2nd one was a certified pre owned with 33k miles. The 3rd one was used with 66k. Well.. He showed me all 3. I took the 2nd car and looked it over while he went and got me a plate to test drive. Test drive went well... So well I stopped at bank and grabbed bank certified check for deposit, and called my insurance company to inquire about how much more this car would be to insure... Get this.. $10 more a month than I was paying on my 04 Ford Crown Vic lol. Same full coverage, 10 year newer car. So...... I returned to dealership. We agreed to a price. We also agreed to 4 new tires as yes the tire would pass inspection, however I wanted new tires on my first dealership purchase. He went and inquired, and the dealership agreed to 4 new tires. We did the paperwork and get this.... My payment went down $35 a month from their quote . Something about finance companies...... Whatever they got me a better rate and terms from what they originally estimated. Loved it! Louis handled all the paperwork. Did I mention how professional he is? He handled everything for me as I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day. They took care of registration for me. Called me when it arrived. Complimentary inspection sticker paid by them. I went in Saturday to get the tires put on as agreed. They put 4 brand new Dunlop Enasave tires on the car. They're the oem tires and are NOT cheap ( retail for 105 NOT including mount and balance ) I met the owner Kevin Michaud while I was there. He took time out of his day to introduce himself and spent 15 minutes with me answering my questions and asking a few himself. He even have me his card and expressed that if I had any issues or concerns to call him if need be. That made me feel for sure I made the right decision. The parts department rocks too! I ordered a few accessories for my new car Saturday. I couldn't get by before parts closes. They left my order with the cashier to pick up tonight. That is awesome for someone with my schedule. I swung in and picked them up. Yup. That's what we call good old fashioned service. In the 21 st century, they have that old school take care of the customer approach. The kind this old school buy from locals guy likes. The kind the new school millenials need to go experience. Oh, I purchased a certified pre owned 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Es. Love it. Getting 40 mpg combined pre am rush hr commute and pm rush hour commute. I wasn't pushed to buy the new car. They gave me options and allowed me to make the choice. That right there is what it's all about. When they say they are your feel good delaership, THEY MEAN IT! Go by and see for yourself. My name is Mark Milliken, a real customer now for life.
