Amazing place to buy a car, I had an excellent experience with great customer service. I feel that I payed Avery reasonable price for my car and was not cheated that way. All the people were very friendly and happy to help but at the same time not pushy about buying one that day. Only complaint would be after I bought the car the detailing that they did washing cleaning the car ext... was not good and I had to go home and do it myself, but that's a very small complaint overall 5/5 stars very satisfied if I ever need another car I would definitely shop there again.

At October 2017, I purchased my 1st Jaguar. I had reservation only because what others had said and the reviews I had read. More things not positive from other owners. But I've watched the line-up for the jaguar XE & XF and I was very impressed. Once I saw the new design of 2017, I was really sold because I wanted to get off the ground from our big SUV Toyota Sequoia. Well it would have to happen to me. The first couple day I take my car home the Navigation is not functioning correctly. I took the XE to Jaguar dealer, they give me the loaner car to drive and said all should be fixed by couple day. I was still ok because. They provide to me the new loaner car to drive. I spoke with the sales Manager Chris Cutting and he said "Kia, this is not supposed to happen and I give you my word. Give us a couple more days and Jaguar and this Dealership (Jacksonville FL Jaguar dealer) will make it right." By next day afternoon my XE was ready and not only that Jaguar Service Manager Mr. Robert and Mrs. Cindy have been in contact with me about the vehicle, Chris Cutting and dealer managements had provided us with loaner new jaguar car and inconvenience full tank gas gift for my time spent. Which they didn't have to do that. I just wanted to be able to say thanks to them and show off my New XE Jaguar to everyone. So, in that time my XE was at shop for getting navigation fix, the jaguar dealer gives us the loaner car, I had brand new jaguar XF for couple day to drive, my wife and I were sold out with that new XF. We end up to call Chris Cutting my sale person and spoke with him and dealer manager Mr. Mike to upgrade my brand new 2017 XE 2.5 after less than three weeks to brand new 2017 XF 2.0d. and they give us unbelievable deal on that. We love our new jaguar 2017 XF 2.0d. This is so crazy, it never happened to me and my wife too upgrade new car after three weeks to same brand and same type car, Just bigger one. This will can tell everyone how the sale person (Chris Cutting & Jag dealer managements & service) are good to people. So, what am I saying, some things are really unforeseen, had we known it would have happened to us we would have gone in a different direction. This vehicle offers so much more than what I received with Toyota & other cars we ever had, As far as 5years service plan, stolen vehicle protection for free and InControl APP for anywhere of world to do start engine and control heat and cold and see journeys of the car & …anything in car End, No one can try to sale us any other car products once I purchased the Jaguar. Go to Jacksonville FL Jaguar dealer see Chris Cutting and management Mr. Mike and if you need service see Mr. Robert & Mrs. Cindy. I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

With this latest purchase, I have owned 3 of this vehicle, 2012 QX56, 2016 QX80, & 2019 QX80. I also own a 2016 QX50. But the QX80 is one of the most stylish cars on the road and very comfortable and safe to drive.

Last month I started the truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn???t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That???s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn???t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn???t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they???ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I???ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!

This is our 2nd QX... we had a 2011 QX56 that gave us a great 128K miles. We purchased the 2018 base loaded up and it has not disappointed. We drove the Cadillac, Lincoln Nav and the layout, spacing, design, drivability is as good or better for 20K less. Most notably they have done an excellent job of making the cabin even quieter then the previous versions. Whisper quiet. Best back seat leg room of the entire segment.

My experience at Orange park Infiniti (Jacksonville) is by far the best experience I have had with any dealership so far. These people are friendly and professional. Constructive critiscism would include more detailed explanations of certain maintenance packages.
