Absolutely everything amazing! Felt very comfortable with sales associate...great sales associate, did not feel pressured, great sales associate, everyone in the dealership was friendly, great sales associate, sale and paperwork was straight forward, and oh, did I mention how great the sales associate was?! I am new to the infinity line of vehicles but would buy one again. I love all its features, and it's comfort. It's not for the faint at heart because of it's price, but you will get what you pay for. Have put 5K miles on it in 4 months, and I am completely satisfied.
Met Joe and Sunday at a Corvette Show and purchased a Bloomington Gold car. Knowing I had also planned on driving it , they had done complimentary modifications !! That is customer service and it truly made a great impression on me... I will always consider there knowledge, integrity, and professionalism the next time I consider any collector car...

Love it! I bought slightly used and was able to afford a vehicle that I never thought I could afford. I love all of the safety features, and I feel very safe in it.
I know their service department is second to none and did a thorough job inspecting it so therefore it will be a reliable vehicle for my future. It is extremely comfortable and so beautiful too!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Lots of seating with all the luxury you could want for creature comforts. Smooth and silky ride with power and a true feeling of safety.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I have always wanted this vehicle back when it was the QX56. Previously I owed a FX35. Well I finally bought my dream QX80. It has all t he bells and whistles I love in my cars plus some. I am 6' 3", 230 and it gives me all the leg room I need. I truly enjoy the 13 Bose speakers, navigation system and the Satellite radio. The safety features are out of "star wars"....stops the vehicle before I do in a projected critical traffic situation. The builders engineers thought up all most everything for this vehicle except City/Highway gas mileage. I really wish they had engineered the fuel burn to be close to 30 MPG as possible. 14.5 average hwy don't get it bro! They have to do better in that area. When they do, I will trade my 2015 in for a upgraded QX whatever number. Other then that you will truly enjoy this engineering marvel.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

Love my 2015 QX80! Traded my 2015 MKT for it. Needed more room. Bought it used with low miles. Great on the highway. Only thing I wish it took regular unleaded.. But quite a comfortable ride and easy to handle on the road. My family loves it. Quite a classy vehicle.
Exceptional interior! Highest level of detail I have seen. I purchased the Limited model and it is BEAUTIFUL! Performance is much better than I expected. It is a large vehicle so I recommend a longer test drive in your typical environment to ensure it matches your ability.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This is our 2nd QX... we had a 2011 QX56 that gave us a great 128K miles. We purchased the 2018 base loaded up and it has not disappointed. We drove the Cadillac, Lincoln Nav and the layout, spacing, design, drivability is as good or better for 20K less. Most notably they have done an excellent job of making the cabin even quieter then the previous versions. Whisper quiet. Best back seat leg room of the entire segment.
