The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.

He is polite, has a thorough knowledge of the BMW line of vehicles, is responsible and follows though in a timely manner, and has come to know what features we like/dislike over the years. My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. Been driving Infinitis for 20 years, sedans and SUVs. Great performance and comfort and never had any mechanical issues. I bought a used ToyotaHighlander from Dreyer & Reinbold. I drove 2 hours to check out the car I first saw on cars.Com. I figured if it was an Infiniti dealership they wouldn't be selling junk. Let me tell you, it was a first class experience. Andrew is great to work with. (I read other reviews praising him, and I concur) I got a top quality, 1 owner car, priced very competitively. And whoever detailed this car should get a medal. I'm picky, and this car was immaculate, trust me I went back over it with a fine tooth comb when I got home. Great job all!
