I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Buying a vehicle through Luther Infinity was a fantastic experience. Despite a long delay from ordering my 2022 QX60 until its delivery due to widespread supply chain issues in the automotive industry, my sales representative Steve DiFiore was outstanding. He kept me updated often on the progress of my new vehicle and its anticipated arrival. I recently purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX80 at an excellent price. Even at full price, it offers good value in the full-size luxury SUV market. After one month, here's my assessment. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. Once, the infotainment rebooted while driving. More concerning, at 1,200 miles, the dashboard, HVAC, and air suspension failed simultaneously—a potentially dangerous situation. Uncertain Factors **Reliability**: Infiniti typically outperforms Nissan, and Japanese production suggests quality. The VR-series engine appears promising, but competitors have documented issues too. Air suspension systems generally develop problems after several years. **Resale**: Likely below Lexus but competitive with Navigator and slightly below Escalade. Verdict I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially given local dealership availability and favorable pricing. The electronic issues create some concern for long-term ownership. For shoppers prioritizing style, value, and driving dynamics who can accept some feature omissions, the QX80 deserves consideration in this competitive segment.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Austin did an excellent job on getting my sway bars replaced and they did it very quickly.

I have a 2012 Infiniti g37 journey that I purchased with 66,000 miles on it in 2022 and would gladly purchase this vehicle again today if I were searching for a reliable vehicle!! One thing that I love is the performance and the quality build!!

I was looking for my 5th, and most likely last, SAAB. My internet search led me to Sam and Mpls. Motorcars. It was there I bought a 9-3 AWD 2010 SAAB. What a beautiful car! Sam was accommodating and professional from the start. He is thorough, honest and knowledgeable. The transaction went smoothly and he handled the registration with the DMV which is a plus. We will definitely contact Sam the next time we are looking for a car. His parting remark was: "Let me know what you want. I can find anything."

My wife had a 2008 with 285,000 miles and wouldn't consider any other car. Now she has the 2015 and I'm driving the 2008. Using the new one for out of town.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

This SUV is incredible. It's very quick, quiet, and it's extremely comfortable. Combine that with the best looking exterior in its class and the fact that it's 10x better than the previous model and it's a winner.

I live in Sioux Falls and recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from Walser. I had never purchased a vehicle before that I had not seen or driven. Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

I recently purchased a QX60 from Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. I have always driven Lexus and Audi sport sedans so decided to purchase an infiniti due to the value offerings and I am now brand loyal and hooked on to infiniti .Hands down best value for money sport sedan in regards to cost of ownership,luxury features ,build quality , overall driving experience and solid reliability never had to take the shop for machnical or electrical issues except the normal ware and tear components brakes,rotor and tires etc .This is a fun fast and responsive car to drive in all weather conditions also the AWD comes in very handy in the snow.My only complaint is the fast rate of depreciate compared to the other Japanese or German sport sedans models.

I had been searching for months across the country for a used Lincoln Navigator with not successful results. Mpls Motorcars showed up in May with a Nav but photos weren’t available yet. I emailed Sam, the owner. He promptly replied with some photos. After a couple more emails, I went to his business. I was so pleased to see this beautiful machine as he described it. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Sam and he is a very professional and personable man. I believe he is honest and gives his customers a fair deal. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend Sam if you’re looking for a good used vehicle. If I am looking for another vehicle in the future, I definitely will do business with Sam.

This car is great. Just dont go to Island Auto Mall In Freeport long island New York! They will not help you if you dont go back in person. You will have to argue with a bunch of ppl to get any help. Even simple paperwork they are responsible to send.
