I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... I’m not much of one for writing reviews, but in the case of Infiniti of Naperville, the extraordinary and impeccable service and attention they have recently provided me must be acknowledged. Short story – I needed to have them replace the engine in my Nissan Maxima. Jon Vargas, my service rep, arranged to get an engine delivered to the dealership within the next couple of days, and then have it installed and the car ready no later than Saturday just before I was to leave on vacation on Sunday morning with my daughter for a week. Saturday came and as promised the car was ready. I picked it up, and on the way home from running a few errands, the Check Engine light came on. At first I figured it might just be a “nuisance” sensor fault, and thought it’d be OK. But once home, without going into details, more severe symptoms arose - the car would no longer start, all kinds of error messages were appearing! I texted Jon in a panic, not sure what to do as I was leaving on vacation the next morning, and the dealership was now closed. In response, Jon said he’d come right over (and also had his lead tech come over) - they drove over to my house (after their working hours – they were “off the clock”!) and personally spent 2+ hours trying to diagnose and fix the issue. Unfortunately, they could not restore functionality. At this point I’m scurrying around trying to arrange a last minute rental car that I could pick up Sunday morning (at a potential cost of $600), but Jon was having none of that. After a flurry of phone calls to the owner/general manager, they arranged for me to be able to pick up a loaner car at the dealership on Sunday AM. Not only that, Jon came and picked me up Sunday morning at 7:30 to take me to the dealership, where in short order I was able to get a loaner and be on my way on vacation an hour later. So this was a long story, but it serves to demonstrate what I feel is, in my experience, unmatched customer service. They made a promise that my car would be ready, and available for my upcoming vacation. When through no fault of their own it wasn’t, they did EVERTYTHING to make it right – coming over to my house when they were not “on the job” and had no obligation to do so, opening up the dealership on Sunday morning to provide me with a loaner vehicle, ferrying me there. These are simply extraordinary measures that demonstrate the ultimate in customer service. It would have been so easy for them to simply blow me off and say “we’re closed, have the vehicle towed here Monday morning”, and probably most dealerships would have. But not Infiniti of Naperville – the folks are the salt of the earth. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

This car is great. Just dont go to Island Auto Mall In Freeport long island New York! They will not help you if you dont go back in person. You will have to argue with a bunch of ppl to get any help. Even simple paperwork they are responsible to send.

I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase a car from anywhere besides here in the future, I suggest you do as well!

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

Great road car, its radar controlled cruse control is outstanding. It's front and rear cameras are a great safety feature. The all leather interior is very comfortable. Very smooth transmission that can be set to SPORT, SNOW, or REGULAR.

Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.
