And, to my great surprise, they were the same gentlemen who performed the initial oil change on my car last year. Says something to me that this dealership has low employee turnover, they don?t lose the expertise.

I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 from LR Knoxville. I stopped in on our way to Pigeon Forge, TN to take a quick look at the truck and Keith Connatser was very helpful. I did not have a lot of time to look and he gave me his card and we began working the deal out via emails and phone calls. LR Knoxville was able to appraise my truck through pictures and descriptions and offered a very fair trade-in price for it. They gave me all the information I needed to secure financing and once I had the check in hand I was able to go to the dealership and pick up the truck no questions asked. This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

They had everything for us and super great to work with us. And told us everything we needed to know about the car that was great. The car drove very well and everything worked. The price was good and the car was clean. The car is a very decent size car and it has a 2 year warranty too.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

Comfort, power, space, looks - the Infiniti GX80 has it all for my family. We needed space and we got it. Infiniti added style and comfort. I'm very happy with this vehicle - both on the highway and around town.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Will at Grayson always takes good care of me being a woman some of the other places you feel like they take advantage never felt this way with Will and staff treat me like family I love my car and I want to feel like the people working on it as well take good care of it

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.
