Chris Robinson answered all of my questions, he was very attentive to what I said I wanted in a vehicle and what I didn't want. He even took detailed notes to make sure he got it right! He showed me several vehicles that fit exactly what I was looking for which gave me the freedom of choice to select the best car for me. The finance manager and owner both spoke with me personally and listened to every concern I had and addressed them promptly. At the end of my transaction I had spoken to just about every key player in the dealership and I felt like I was surrounded by good people, that was interested in my needs and not a sale. I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

I own a Lexus GS and this car is quality equal to my Lexus..and $17,000 less ..love some of the options my Lexus doesn’t offer..mod, birds eye view cameras, parking Side cameras ..standard q70 ,,only downside is premature rear brake wear…repair cost about the same as Lexus…

This is my 2nd Infiniti. My prior Infiniti had zero problems in 14 years of ownership. I love this one too and will only buy an Infiniti now and in the future.

Haven't purchased from A&G (yet); however I did message them about a vehicle and Angela gave me a reasonably quick call back. My discussion with her was to the point and without high pressure. I inquired if there were pictures of specific areas of the car, and Angela willingly captured and sent them to me via text messaging. From that brief experience with A&G, they seem like good folks.

Great value pre-owned. I bought my 2015 5.6 V8 Q70L AWD in early 2017 for almost half the original price. I paid $38,000 for it when it only had 5,400 miles on it! The original owner paid $70,000. Infiniti's in general lose their resale value tremendously in the first 2 years. They are a great value pre-owned! For the money I paid, I got a tremendously comfortable luxury car with sexy body lines and great performance. The interior's Japanese ash wood and semianiline leather is gorgeous. The car is now 7 years old and still has a strong luxury presence to it. My Q70 still turns heads. It's a unique car since there weren't too many made, especially with V8's. The optional Infiniti sport mufflers sound throaty yet remain sophisticated. The styling looks amazingly modern for its age. My Q70L has been reliable so far with 38,000 miles. The drawback is the tech. It would have been great if I Infiniti upgraded to LED screens on the dashboard and on the entertainment system. I really think the car would have sold. The little dot matrix screen on the instrument cluster is ridiculously dated looking. The rest of the cluster looks elegant and sporty, although not very modern. The rest of the interior is extremely luxurious. The dated tech doesn't bother me being that I paid about the same price as a new Hyundai Genesis or loaded Toyota Camry! I pull my car up next to a Maserati or Benz and it holds its own!
