I walked into the dealership to look at a specific vehicle that I wanted to see. They were super accommodating on letting me test drive and also taking it for a pre-purchase inspection. I chose not to purchase the vehicle and told them it wasn't for me and they did not give me any hassle! I would definitely go back to them if I needed a car

My wife had a 2008 with 285,000 miles and wouldn't consider any other car. Now she has the 2015 and I'm driving the 2008. Using the new one for out of town.

Very good handling for and SUV, and sporty. Drives and feels like a sports car and have and SUV. If you're looking for the best crossover in the market, the QX70 Sport is the way to go.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

After a year I was advised the replacement part was available. I called Wyler Acura on a Friday and had an appointment on Monday.

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

The service team at Infiniti of Cincinnati is stellar. I had a punctured tire and called on 10/16 - expecting a several day wait at best. (Like just about any other place these days.) Nope - they told me if I could get there they'd take care of it ASAP. They did. While it was on the lift I asked if they could to the regular oil change and tire rotation as this would save me a trip. No problem. They took care of it. I couldn't be happier. I can't thank the service folks enough. I am bad at remembering names else I would recognize them here. I've always had great service from this dealership. The car I took in is my 4th from this dealership. My next car will also be another Infiniti from Infiniti of Cincinnati. My last sales experience in Sept was also stellar. I'd been looking online for a particular model for awhile. I saw one in stock, emailed the Internet lead on Sunday night, and brought it home Monday afternoon. Fast, professional, great to work with.

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. I was looking for a moderately-priced starter car for my daughter. The dealership had several to choose from. The test drive experience was hassle-free; I was able to take the car by myself without any salespeople with me. I was able to take the car to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. I was not able to haggle as much as I would like but did get a couple hundred off the listed price. Smaller dealership but quality experience.

Great car overall. Outdated technology. No bluetooth music streaming in the base model. Very under rated. BIG bang for the buck. Could have had better exhaust sound. Gets good combined gas mileage.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.
