Great and helpful staff, very knowledgeable service staff, very courteous cashiers. Great facility to wait during the time of service. Everything is unquestionable great. This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

Bought my first g35x used a few years ago. Drive and maintained it with a smile. She's a sexy beast. But a guardrail at at about Nymph at 04:00 in extreme fog. Totalled the car. Bought a Maxima a few months later. . .had more amenities but, was the same driving /Comfort experience only FWD vs AWD. Totalled the maXima +damned deer jumped onto it"s hood). Now in the process of buying another Infinity same liquid platinum color (same as my first) with Dall the amenities of the Maxima and more. Haven't seen ie driven the new car yet but I'm expecting great things and many smiles from her.
