We are thrilled with our decision and love our new Highlander! Both Nomaan and George were extremely warm and welcoming, it honestly felt like talking with family. Despite arriving close to closing time, we were never rushed, and they both took their time with us like we were their only customers. We’re beyond happy with our purchase and the overall experience. IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

I've had my 2022 QX60 Autograph (my 8th Infiniti) for approximately 600 miles, with a 70-mile daily commute, split evenly between highway and country roads. From the moment the Monograph was revealed, I know this was my next car. The wait was long but worth it. Unlike the targeted buyers, I use my cars for both commuting and hauling, and very rarely have the rear seats up. The cargo volume is an important reason for getting the QX60. (My wife drives the QX50.) Everything from Style to Performance are 5-star. With gas prices at all-time highs, I've been averaging between 28 and 30 mpg in eco-mode - that's 45 on the country roads and 65-70 on 95! Never a fan of auto-off at stops, I've found it does add miles to the tank - the computer lets you know- and decreases total emissions. While the beautiful Autograph interior leather, materials, and paint is a subjective taste, the Vision Package, IMO, is an amazing necessity. Once one uses the rear-view mirror camera and Head Up Display, it's hard to imagine driving a car without this package. To improve this vehicle, I can offer two suggestions to NISSAN: 1) offer an option to increase the lane change turn clicks (Hyundai Palisade) and volume, and 2) allow the power side view mirrors to retract when parked and locked, something available in their QX50 - an obvious and goofy oversight. Finally, the most important reason I keep coming back to INFINITI is dependability and safety. Add everything else and the 2022 QX60 comes away a stunning winner.

Just had bought a 2023 Santa Cruz Limited(800miles) and brought it to “Riverhead Hyundai” for warranty work on the “Tonneau Cover”!! This is where I met “Service Advisor Raymond”!! He was very “Helpful” and “Accommodating” and took care of Everything!! Bottom Line-“ He ordered a New Tonneau Cover under Warranty!! “Will Use Riverhead Hyundai For All My Service Needs”!! Rick M. I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.

Awesome Q60 Red Sport 400. The dual informational center needs a serious upgrade. Needs better exhaust sound especially on the red sport 400. Overall I give the red sport 4.5 out of 5.

First time ever purchasing a used car and found BHM online. Car is exactly what I wanted plus more. Drive great with great gas mileage although it takes premium fuel it’s well worth it in the mileage. Highly recommend if u want a smaller vehicle to travel with

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.
