My initial dealership experience was with Scranton. While I can't compare it to others, why look elsewhere when it's already perfect here?

I’ve driven my individual 2015 Infiniti Q70L for the past five years. I purchased my Infiniti on September 2018 with 35,000 miles after a lease return. I happen to be a rideshare driver. It’s currently May 2023 and it has 178,000 miles. The 3.7L and the seven speed automatic transmission has been super reliable and still runs as smooth as when I picked it up when it had 35,000 miles. Other than replacing serviceable items that were out because of time. Like the windshield wipers, battery, brake pads and rotors, all 3 drive belt pulleys with tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, cabin air filter once I’ve driven my individual 2015 Infiniti Q70L for the past five years. Driver side latch actuator is the only known issue that will wear out. Alternator was replaced under warranty. Just like any other vehicle oil changes are performed every 5000 miles with synthetic oil at the dealership. The transmission Service has been performed every 50,000 miles. differential service has been performed every 60,000 miles. All coolant services have been performed every 60,000 miles as well. I also replaced the OEM size tires. To a Michelin pilot sport all season 4’s 265/40ZR20 104Y. Which have improved the right handling and comfort massively. a year, spark plugs at 100,000 miles. The driver side latch actuator and rear window shade is the only two known issue that will wear out. Alternator was replaced under warranty. I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

We have either owned or driven every 3 row suv out there. We have a 22 Pathfinder as well is great too. We picked the qx over a yukon a caddilac xt6,jeep overland and a wagoneer series 2 if you drive one i bet you will too.

I love our 2011 infiniti G37 Sedan. My mom has owned her G since 2014 with nearly 50,000 miles. The car was intended to replace our 2003 Lexus GS300 due to problems throughout the years with that car. 11 years later at 191,000 we only have good things to say about the G37. We had no issues regarding the car. The car has been reliable since day 1. From times where it snowed in Georgia, to roadtrips to Tennesee, the car always started up with no issues. As the car got older and mileage got higher, it still was reliable. It may have some hicups now and then, but as long as you take care of it, it will take care of you.

By far the best car I've ever owned. Very reliable, powerful and great looking. Interior quality is superb. Fantastic traction in snow thanks to the all wheel drive. Great handling. I love everything about this car.

I purchased a 2022 VW Tiguan just the other day at Balise VW in West Warwick, RI. As always, my interactions with Wade Murray and the staff at this location were stellar. I have purchased no fewere than 8 Jettas from Balise over the years, and Wade Murray has been my go-to guy during all that time. I keep returning to Balise because of the service and the attention that I get when I go there, and because of the ease with which all my transactions have been conducted. I will always return to Balise as long as I'm still driving.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

I've had this vehicle for 2 years and I love it. Such a smooth ride for a large SUV. Beautiful on the outside and inside. No mechanical issues whatsoever so far and i'm at 90k miles
