We had the Best buying experience with Mark Ferguson..he is an awesome sale person..who take our demand very seriously and tried to meet all our need..he is extremely patience and a man that keep his words. We had purchased a preowned certify 2019 Qx50 with only 7000 miles include all the bells and whistles for $44k. We live an hour and half from the dealer therefore we won???t need their free oil change and we had addressed that to Mark to see if he can do any better on the price..and he as a man of his words, talked to the manager and marked the price down $500 less and I still have the same warranty with free oil change for a year..my fiance complained abt a rough half xxx paint job on the base of the bumper..he said he will take care of it..and he did..smooth as a baby xxx..Chris Frey the Finance manager also an awesome person too. The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.
I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very small detail that I never noticed and took care of it, in the 2 minutes he was in my car. My car was finished on time and on budget. This is the fourth car I've purchased or leased from Kearny Mesa Infiniti. From the sales team to the service department, this dealership is top notch. The sales process is easy and low pressure and generally the administrative process is simple and there isn't a lot of pressure to purchase other options. More importantly, the service department is excellent, in particular Adam Schmidt, who has been my service advisor for over 5 years and he's the best.
BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)
