Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!
My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
Very easy buying process. No if's and's or but's in their pricing. Service is outstanding and very affordable compared to other dealerships and shops. The parts needed wouldn't be available in time for our road trip so they gave us a loaner. Mostly our fault for waiting till last minute to get it fixed but they were very accommodating. Excellent top notch service.
Looked around town for a couple of months but could not find the vehicle with the options and mileage I wanted. Took about a month and found want I wanted thru CarMax. My salesman Sam Weisswas always good at returning my calls and was able to get hold of him at about anytime. Car is coming in from Colorado and will see how the rest of this transaction works out but so far I am very happy.
I was on a tight schedule and my salesperson, Michael Williams, really made it happen for me. He was very knowledgeable of the various products. Once I told him what I was looking for, he recommended the perfect vehicle and lead me thru the process in record time! Very happy with my 2018 Compass and the service - from Michael to finance.
We had Jack help us with our car purchase from Gretna and it was easy, fast and painless! And they had free hot chocolate while we waited! Jack answered all of our questions, and we even got to meet the owner while we were in! We'll be back for sure!
Purchased this 2015 vw over the the internet/phone. Traveled 1,700 miles to pick up. The car was just as Steve described and at a fair price. Flew in late on a Sunday and Terry and the staff stayed late to deliver the car. The followup paper work and missing owners manual were quickly replaced and mailed to me by Kerry, to Washington State.
Overall excellent service and would do it all over again.
I just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Lexus of Omaha. I live in Lincoln and Jennifer drove the car to my home to look at and test drive. They gave me a great deal and took the car to the Lexus in Lincoln dealer for detailing that same afternoon for me to pick up later. Tommy came to my house the next day for me to complete the paperwork as well as coming back this weekend to deliver my second key fob AND the CD's I had left in the player of my previous car. This experience was amazing!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I had a great experience with this dealership. I read the reviews before I went today and agree with everyone...they are amazing!! My salesman TC was very welcoming and honest with me throughout the entire process. I told him exactly which truck I wanted, and him and the rest of the guys did what they needed to get me in it. He was even patient with me when I changed my mind and picked a different vehicle. I will definitely recommend Quest and TC and I will definitely come again for future purchases!!
My fiancé and I were in town over the holiday weekend while on the search for a new car. Jimmy Bonofede and his team were generous with their time and took great care to share many options with us. We were able to buy the right car with no hassle and feel great about our experience. We will return to Todd Archer Hyundai for future care buying.
