After posting my negative review and experience I recieved a call from the dealership GM and service manager. He asked for more details about what happened and reviewed the history on the service record. They were genuinly concerned and after our discussion asked if I would send the invoice for the repair that was done by the outside service center. The following day they called me again and agreed to credit me the full amount of the work that was done.
Great example of turning a negative into a positive.....I appreciate their standing by their dealership and doing the right thing.

E-Pace for the spouse. Very nice design. Quality materials. Powerful engine. Great features. Very quiet. A head turner. The leather interior is beautiful. Great vehicle.
It’s almost a year since I have been driving my Range Rover Evoque . This vehicle is very reliable and good on gas. It’s a strong vehicle but elegant at the same time . The vehicle speaks for itself . I am very grateful to Richard Cohen from Land Rover in Huntington because he has been amazing from day one when I sat at his desk going over different vehicles until I walked out the door with the keys to my vehicle . My experience with Land Rover in Huntinton Long Island has been wonderful . From day one the staff was very professional . Richard was assigned to me by the receptionist at Land Rover and from the minute he became my sales man he made sure that I got everything I was looking for in my vehicle and then some . He went above and beyond to provide great service for me and he still does which is why I would recommend Richard Cohen and Land Rover in Huntington to every one without hesitation.
I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Sharkey for my used car vehicle purchase. He walked me through the options and I ended up purchasing my vehicle that same day. He even delivered my car to me in Manhattan and walked me through the whole vehicle. Highly Recommended.
I don't want to come off so harsh, so first I want to state the overall eperance was great until my RR gas gauge had to be fixed. The truck went in for a new sending unit. For this the fuel tank had to be removed. The tank was back in place and returned to my. This is where the problem started, the smell of fumes were so overwhelming you could not sit in the truck for more then 5 mins without getting nauseous. I was told after three days the smell would dissipate, well it's about 6 month later and two more visits and the fumes are still unbearable. RR acknowledged the issue and said they would do something to take car back or trade it at a fair number (not wholesale). Since that agreement they have done little to anything to close this ugly chapter. I have a truck I can't use or sell do to the work performed on my vehicle. I do know their intentions are good but to this point their actions are sub par and I may have to notify my attorney. The one good thing that came out of this is my gauge now reads correctly.
