Took my Disco due to Tire sensor issues, they checked me in promptly, service advisor Robin was ok, it never hurts to smile a little bit - car rental was quick and easy. Car was fixed by the next day. I believe Alina assisted Mr at the time of picking up the car, she was nice and friendly. Overall, Excellent service.

This car is fast, performs like a sports car and has the versitility if an SUV with stunning looks! Room for 5 and decent cargo space too!
A thorough inspection and check-up was done very well to our vehicle, clearing any issues we saw (and didnt see) out of the way and finishing earlier than anticipated! Great mechanical and customer service.

Great combination of an SUV with a lot of cargo space that drives and handles like a sports car. Too early to rate reliability, but it comes with a 5 year or 60000 mile Warranty so I'm not too concerned.
I took my Leaf in for a recall, which was actually an update of the Carwings service, and the service department said they would do an inspection of my vehicle also. I totally expected that some things would be found to "repair" as my experience had been at other dealerships in the past. Blake reviewed the inspection report after everything was completed and showed me that every item on the list checked out as "excellent". I was shocked! Thank you Bellevue Nissan

This car seemed to fit all my needs it has great lines and is a quality car. I bought the sport edition so it came with a lot of options. It is plenty powerful and the two tone interior is beautiful.i own it 10 months and only have 1000 miles on it s I can’t talk about reliability yet but it is a beautiful car and the dealership was great
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
Luxury SUV At Its Best!!!

I've recently purchased a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace SUV and it is "luxury at its very best". I love the look and the performance of the vehicle, even though I've owned it all of three weeks. The drive is smooth, the interior features are the most and the sound quality is magnificent!
Everyone was helpful and friendly. First they did an inspection of the damage, to make sure they ordered the correct parts. The parts were ordered, and I received a call when they came in. When I dropped my car off the gave me a loner car, and the next morning recieved a text that my car was ready. Overall it was a good experience.
So far, so great!!

Dream car status. I love this car so much. I've owned it for a little over a month and I am so happy about my purchase. It's beautiful, classy, and simple to use.
Robyn Meyer has been my service advisor for many years now through a couple of Jags...she is a real gem, knows her stuff, and really looks out for my interests in anticipating issues and diagnosing exactly. She's the main reason I come back to Bellevue Jag for my XJL servicing.

It is a real pain to drive this car when the engine stops at stops and then starts up. Concern is matter of physics: starting friction is greater than running friction. Ergo, more wear on the engine and the starter.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
