Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

The car is a remarkable machine. Handles well, comfortable, stylish interior, and quick responses. I test drove several of the jags, impressive handling , easy to control, fast and manageable at high speeds, yet a forgiving car. The car’s design is sleek and flowing, no box features. The car was a pleasure to drive, and I am seriously thinking of owning a Jag.
Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle
My daughter bought a Nissan Juke from CarMax, Reno. She also bought the Max Care 150K warranty from them. The car had 92,000 miles on it. It had gone through the CarMax checklist with no problems found. Within three months the car stranded her twice on the freeway. CarMax said it sounded like a CVT transmission problem and referred me to Nissan of Reno. Nissan of Reno found the fluid had never been changed. The fluid in this car needs to be changed every 30,000 miles according to Nissan. There was extensive damage and stress to the transmission. According to Nissan it needed a new transmission. CarMax Max Care covered $1500.00 of a $4100.00 Transmission.
I thought CarMax at least checked the transmission level and color. It was obviously worn and burned. How can we trust CarMax repairs for anything if they can't see the obvious? I tried to contact via email CarMax, Reno but have received no response.
I was a hundred miles from home and 200 miles from my starting point when my BMW blew a tire. It was a holiday and I was in the middle of nowhere with all service closed. I called the BMW 800 number and thankfully they towed my car to BMW of Bloomington. I received a call Tuesday morning and learned I had to get new tires and they also performed the regular maintenance. I was concerned and surprised because my car had just been in my BMW service center for maintenance in July. I never thought once that my tires were bad. BMW 800 service got me a LIFT ride home, 110 miles with a wonderful BMW driver that told me Bloomington BMW was the best.
I had no idea how I would get my car home. I asked Jeremy for ideas when he called me. When my car was complete with new tires, break service and who knows what else, Jeremy called me with a plan. Ed Jackson drove my car to my door over a 100 miles away followed by another driver who drove them both back to Bloomington. I don't know much about cars and I rely on my dealer and the service to guide me and keep me safe. I'm so grateful that my catastrophy happened near Bloomington. You haven't seen the last of me.

Very pleased. Nice ride, great handling, all the power you need
Interior is comfortable and for the most part well laid out but could be simpler and more intuitive
Mike is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes models. He is very prompt with questions and responses and follows up. A pleasure to deal with. The two vehicles I was pricing out were competitive nationally.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.

After owning 7 covettes and a mercedes sl500. This car takes it all. The roar of the corvette and the luxury of the sl all into one. Sounds great and looks great. Nothing better.
I had a wonderful experience at Wilde Land Rover Sarasota. I worked with Ruzhdi who was great! He was very responsive, very transparent and so helpful. The process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Ruzhdi and the team at Wild Land Rover Sarasota.

I purchased an Jaguar F-type SVR.
This is an expensive car. However dealer and Jaguar don't offer good customer service.
They rather you just take the car and vanish! This kind of ruins the experience.
Never a Jaguar again.

This vehicle was more fun, more obnoxious, and more rare than any of the cars I drove in similar price-ranges to include Porsche 911 Turbo and Merc AMG GTS. I highly recommend a test drive. You'll want one, and all the attention that comes with it.
I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
