At October 2017, I purchased my 1st Jaguar. I had reservation only because what others had said and the reviews I had read. More things not positive from other owners. But I've watched the line-up for the jaguar XE & XF and I was very impressed. Once I saw the new design of 2017, I was really sold because I wanted to get off the ground from our big SUV Toyota Sequoia.
Well it would have to happen to me. The first couple day I take my car home the Navigation is not functioning correctly. I took the XE to Jaguar dealer, they give me the loaner car to drive and said all should be fixed by couple day. I was still ok because. They provide to me the new loaner car to drive. I spoke with the sales Manager Chris Cutting and he said "Kia, this is not supposed to happen and I give you my word. Give us a couple more days and Jaguar and this Dealership (Jacksonville FL Jaguar dealer) will make it right." By next day afternoon my XE was ready and not only that Jaguar Service Manager Mr. Robert and Mrs. Cindy have been in contact with me about the vehicle, Chris Cutting and dealer managements had provided us with loaner new jaguar car and inconvenience full tank gas gift for my time spent. Which they didn't have to do that. I just wanted to be able to say thanks to them and show off my New XE Jaguar to everyone.
So, in that time my XE was at shop for getting navigation fix, the jaguar dealer gives us the loaner car, I had brand new jaguar XF for couple day to drive, my wife and I were sold out with that new XF.
We end up to call Chris Cutting my sale person and spoke with him and dealer manager Mr. Mike to upgrade my brand new 2017 XE 2.5 after less than three weeks to brand new 2017 XF 2.0d. and they give us unbelievable deal on that. We love our new jaguar 2017 XF 2.0d.
This is so crazy, it never happened to me and my wife too upgrade new car after three weeks to same brand and same type car, Just bigger one. This will can tell everyone how the sale person (Chris Cutting & Jag dealer managements & service) are good to people.
So, what am I saying, some things are really unforeseen, had we known it would have happened to us we would have gone in a different direction. This vehicle offers so much more than what I received with Toyota & other cars we ever had, As far as 5years service plan, stolen vehicle protection for free and InControl APP for anywhere of world to do start engine and control heat and cold and see journeys of the car & …anything in car End, No one can try to sale us any other car products once I purchased the Jaguar.
