I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! Love the body style, performance and acceleration. I have had nothing but good comments. For the money value it is a very good deal. The maintenance plan is nicer than most competitors.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Even though my Land Rover didn't work out due to various problems, the service department was always top notch! The Service manager Joe was attentive and knowledgeable and always tried to do his best to help me then things went wrong. My service advisor Justin also was caring and did his best to resolve every issue. In the end the Rover was not for me due to various problems but the service department scores a 5/5 in my book!

Check engine light came on the first week I got it. It was a loose electrical connection. It was at the dealers for 2 days to fix the problem. After I picked it up, the check engine light came on again. This time it was at the dealers for 1 week. It needed a replacement of a valve timer module and timing belt. After I got it back, 3 days later, the passenger seat belt spring broke, so it doesn't retract. So I've owned the car 3 weeks and it will have to go back to the dealer. All in all, I love the car. Just wish it had better initial reliability.
