From the time I agreed to buy the vehicle to the time the vehicle was ready, was two months. But if you can handle that, I have nothing buy good things to say. I got a great vehicle, at 30% less than the blue book value, repairs included.
I'm thrilled with my vehicle, and I'm happy to wait a couple months in order to save several thousand dollars! If you don't need the vehicle immediately, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
World Class Design Inside and Out

I bought the 2003 S-Type V6 in 2007 after a dealer service rep stated that in 2003 most of the prior mechanical issues had been corrected. (transmissions and window lifts among them) I liked the sportier handling and better head room than my prior Lexus GS300 although the ride was not quite as smooth. After driving past 100,000 miles I sold it and bought a low-mileage 2004 S-Type V8 in 2016. The combination of sculptural design inside and out is arguably still one of the the best designs in the past 30 years in my opinion. All lines are graceful and organic. The biggest maintenance problems are plastic components in the cooling system that can crack and leak and eventually suspension bushings that leak fluid although the need to replace them is doubtful. Overall maintenance cost has been less than what you would expect from a BMW or Mercedes (..and all are cheaper if you are smart enough not to always listen to the dealer or repair shop).
I loved the intake sound on the V6 when accelerating hard, the V8 doesn't work so hard but is faster of course. The transmission on the V6 was wonderfully silky smooth while the transmission on this particular V8 is not quite so smooth. I don't want to drive a truck or SUV but with the fold down rear seats the Jags have been my utility vehicles and served well. As road cars I love the Jags. They are quiet and smooth with comfortable seats and a nice stereo.
I have purchased five different vehicles for my family over the years, most of which being repairable vehicles, but my daughter's was a running & driving trade in. With every vehicle I've purchased from George, it's been a smooth process of finding exactly what we were looking for, including parts and labor, within a reasonable time frame and our budget. I continuously refer friends and family to East Coast Auto Source for their parts and vehicle purchases.

Was my first car purchase pretty good haven’t had problems with for a while now. Love the interior design, has a sunroof. I live the turquoise blue and it’s a really good car.
Although they're in the middle of nowhere, I can say this is quickly becoming my top reccomendation for friends looking for something new to drive, whether it's an everyday vehicle or something fun like a boat or motorcycle. I started with an old Cadillac Deville I wanted to rebuild for my son, and because they were so helpful the first time around, I've made trips back to get vehicles for my daughter, wife, and myself since. The folks at East Coast are a friendly, helpful bunch who will make sure you're a satisfied customer from the time you arrive to the moment you leave. I would reccomend them to anyone!

I have had two of these S-Types Jaguars now. After I wrecked the first one, I found this one online and had it shipped in. They drive great and have massive horsepower with the 4.2 V8 but still gives you 20MPG in town unless you drive it like a hot rod. The back seats fold down so you can carry almost anything. Comfortable and roomy inside for the front passengers. Even though it is a 4 door, I don't recommend putting adults in the back seats.
Great car and still turns heads. Mine is a 2001 and only has 74 k miles.
The only problems I have had is engine locks up in drive so I drive it in sports mode. One headlight got stuck and had to be fixed.
Have this car for commuting every day. Great car, looks good! Gas mileage isn't just terrible. I like the design! For a 2000 model, it seems more modern. Definitely TOP NOTCH for it's time and even today, 18 years later!
The car has new paint.headliner.carpet and everything is good working condition. I consider this vehicle a great investment.
