Tred was a great experience,for the test drive they had the owner of the car come meet me and he showed me the car and comfortably let me drive the car however I wanted. It was one of the best car experiences I’ve had!!!
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
I've never had so much fun driving.

I've only had the car a month so I can't answer about it's long term reliability, but I can say that I've LOVED this first month. I take the long way home just to be in that car longer. When you sit in that seat, the car just begs to be driven. I don't think I've been this excited about driving since I was 16. When I see those keys sitting on my desk, I can't wait until I get off work JUST TO DRIVE.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Highly exciting car with great design and exceptional comfort. Really loved the powerful engine and the silence inside the car. Everything is done to make it comfortable and classy inside and outside. I took the sport line which gave more sharpy look.
Dom Prendergast was thoughtful and made the experience pleasant. I was there for almost 6 hours, but Dom was patient and at no time did it seem like I was there that long. Dom made the process smooth and painless. He walked me through all the new features and controls, a lot since, I went from a 2004 to a 2018. Dom, also, provided me with his number in case i have any issues and to set up my first service.

Spent several days driving one in LA (Avis rental). Forget this car if you are over 6?. Nearly impossible to get in/out of car without hitting head and knees. Even shorter folks cant avoid hitting head in back seat. No lumbar support in front or back seats. Engine is rough and sluggish...and the engine auto stop/start function is bone rattling. Breaks are not smooth. Basic features found in most other cars missing (back up camera, etc). Shockingly slow mapping software. Cheap and badly fitted interior hard plastics abound. This car is not fully baked and is priced way too high for its class.
I was helped by Luis and Sean’s on my Volvo acquisition - both were amazing. Luis did all the sales and process went exactly as promised. I was in and out without additional headaches. Both of the gentleman were great in going over all of the features my new car has and explaining how to operate the apps. It was lovely dealing with them. There was no pressure and genuine interest in being helpful. Good job guys! I appreciate what you did for me and how easy it was. Will be back to see you for my next ride. :).

Interior was cheap looking, uncomfortable to drive (knee hit steering column). Felt like the black vinyl interior of an 80s NYC taxicab but half the size. Disappointing to say the least. I've had a X, S and XF. Clearly this XE was a mistake. A Toyota Corolla might be a better choice?
Just purchased my 5th vehicle from Steve Rodgers at Galpin Ford. Couldn't ask for a faster, more efficient, service. Thanks, they make buying a car fun again.

We wanted a car that showed class, was fun to drive and got good fuel mileage. This XE meets all of that criteria. We leased the XE with all of the bells and whistles and the turbo diesel and get excellent fuel mileage. On a recent trip we recorded 41 MPG on mostly freeway driving (at 80 MPH). The rear seat leg room is a bit tight, but 95% of the time it's just my wife and myself, so it works fine. And the handling and comfort are exceptional. We've extremely pleased with this vehicle.
Bill Baumgartner is the best service staff person to help guide me through the process and help me understand the repairs etc. Excellent communication and manner.

Great value for the money. Love the performance and the exterior styling. The only issue is you have to disable the engine stop every time you start the engine which is an annoying ford holdover. Great car
The team at Galpin did it again. I needed to replace our Ford Flex that was coming to end of its lease but was struggling to decide which new vehicle to get. I needed something with a third row and Galpin had a number of options. David Choi and Hernando Thola were awesome. They were extremely patient as I test drove almost every make and model they carried with a 3rd row. They very knowledgable and shared all the pros and cons of each vehicle and the promotional deals for each. After 3 weeks we picked up our new Volvo XC90. I acnt thank the David and Hernando enough for their help. This is my 11 vehicle from Galpin and each purchase gets better and better. We will definitely be back!
This car was fun to say the least. The manual shifting paddles on the steering wheel made it feel like I was in a race car. Plus, being in a Jaguar turned a-lot of heads. With the supercharged AWD it hit the road with a bang. This car was also incredibly comfortable to drive. Highly recommended as it is addictive to drive.
Nael Issa was a wonderful sales person. Personable and knowledgeable. He listened and found me the car I wanted. I was referred to him by my neighbor, who also purchased a Mercedes from him. Thanks for making my first Mercedes experience a great one!

Extremely elegant and technical. I’m having a lot of fun with the portfolio XE. Scheduled maintenance is free for 60 miles. I love it!
I just wanted to compliment Jerry who I was lucky enough to come across when I called for the car. He was super professional. To be honest when first calling I didn't expect same customer service as I am used to receiving at a luxury line dealership and I was totally fine with it. When you buy $100,000 car and a $10,000 there is a difference in service. Thats is given and its normal. But the service and follow up provided by Jerry was same as when I bought $100,000 car. Jerry went above and beyond and accommodated in every way possible. They sold the car which I initially called for and he even offered to drive 50 miles to their other location who had similar one. I hope the management of the store and Hertz is reading this and recognizes how good of a guy they have working there. Thanks Jerry! If you are looking for a great deal on a car and want a great service Jerry is your guy!

Excellent and smooth ride with easy features. Car has little road noise. Very simple to operate. Wonderful horsepower and speed. Love the moon roof also.
