I was in the market for an XJL. The one I was looking at sold before I could buy it. However Mark made me a great deal on a standard wheel base model. He was transparent, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision. He also went above and beyond to make sure that I knew he was available for whatever I needed even after I made the purchase. I wasn't treated any differently being that I wasn't there buying a $100k car. That definitely happens at other high end dealerships. Five stars all around for this establishment. Everyone was warm and inviting and my business was handled very promptly...I will be visiting Mark again once they get the right XJL in for me to trade!
Jimmy Bartlett was very helpful. We first saw a car we liked until the service department said it would not be worth it. He wouldn't sell us a poor quality car.We wanted a Honda civic with a sunroof. He wouldn't give up until he found one for us. He went above and beyond for us. We are very pleased with him.

Had recall on passenger side air bag set up an appointment for the following Wednesday at 7:30 am. The staff was very friendly and got to my truck in a timely manner and nice waiting area while they done repairs. Thanks All Star.
The team at Performance Lexus was simply outstanding! We worked closely with Jeff Kaplan in Sales and also with Rich Cook, the Sales Manager. We had never met either of them before this. We were interested in a Toyota Rav4 we saw among their pre-owned inventory online as our daughter has unique medical needs making it difficult/painful for her to walk, let alone get in and out of sedans. We were upfront with our financial limitations (this was not a planned purchase), and Jeff and Rich were equally honest about what they could and couldn't do. We didn't want to "play games," and they made the negotiation painless. We worked out the details most closely with Jeff, and he is the best car salesperson we have ever met ... and just a great person. Not only was he honest and straightforward, but he was empathetic to our situation, didn't put us through any "wait here while I talk with my manager" nonsense, and went WAY beyond our expectations! He offered to have the car "presented" for our daughter with a bow and personalized-sign with her name on it when we returned to pick it up as a surprise for her. When we did return, the car was re-detailed, sported a huge red bow, and a sign that was hand-decorated just for our daughter. As parents who have seen her go through more than her share of challenges, this was an incredible blessing ... she was speechless and overwhelmed. Even after that, Jeff spent another 45 minutes or so walking her through the process of connecting her smartphone via Bluetooth, setting up radio stations and navigation, etc. We had a bit more paperwork to fill out in another area of the facility so Jeff even pulled the car right around to where we were so my daughter wouldn't have to walk all the way back. By the time we were finished, Jeff Kaplan was our hero. He made our purchase experience incredibly positive. He respected our situation and our daughter. He more than delivered on his promises. Without question, we will seek him out for our next car purchase and will recommend him without hesitation to others who may be looking for a new or used car. One last thing I never realized ... even when you buy a pre-owned non-Lexus from Performance Lexus, you get many of the perks that new car buyers receive there - free car washes, a fantastic reception/waiting area, etc. Thank you, Performance Lexus ... be sure to keep Jeff Kaplan on staff! :)
I recently purchased a 2018 Land Rover Discovery from KZ. I found the car over the internet because I knew exactly what I wanted, and JLR of Chantilly had it in stock. Lucky me! All I had to do was make the deal over the telephone, and hope that when I showed up everything was as I expected. Some may be very comfortable with that idea, but I was not. Making a major purchase like this over the phone was somewhat scary. I do not normally write reviews like this, but this experience was so enjoyable that I'm making an exception. From start to finish, KZ took excellent care of me. He walked me through the car specifications to double and triple check it met my needs. In addition to getting exactly the car I wanted - KZ helped me get the windows tinted and wheels painted before I ever saw the vehicle. I flew into VA, made my way to the dealership and met KZ for the first time, and was gone within hours with a car that I love at the best price nationwide. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Recently bought a new RR sport. Was referred to this dealer by USAA and they didn't disappoint. I wanted the new 2018 V8 version with a certain load out and color. Colin called me within minutes of my email inquiry, he found one of the few trucks coming across the Atlantic and worked with me to secure it before it even arrived in Colorado. The final buying process was painless. The truck was ready to go when I got there after work. They handled the trade in quickly, and I wasn't bombarded with all the add on pressures at signing like you get at most dealerships.
