Can't comment on everything yet as the car hasn't been shipped to me, but so far Scott has been very good to work with. He was open to a PPI, and helped make it happen as I'm in a different state.

Just bought so hard to comment on reliability, however Carfax reports show car received regular maintenance but no major problems. Beautiful car, looks new and dives like a dream. Very reasonable when purchased used.
I bought a new vehicle at Willow Grove and I had a good experience. Bill Marshall was very helpful, great communicator, no nonsense , direct and to the point. Kimberly Dane did the financial work and all the paper work, which was executed properly with no issues. Bob Nicholls followed through on insuring that , I was familiar with all of the features of the car, specifically the electronics. Bob made time on his schedule to come to my home to familiarize me on all of the features of the SUV.

I’ve owned 4 Jags and decided I would try something different. After three months, I had to sell the car and purchase another Jag. I’m very happy now.
Everyone that I worked with was professional. Nick was helpful in finding my vehicle and Kimberly and Bob were very thorough and patient explaining the finance and technology aspects of my purchase. This vehicle shows how modern British engineering came together to create a vehicle that has premium safety & security, superb performance and maximum comfortability. The Jaguar XJL AWD features a 340HP 3.0L V6 Supercharged Engine which amazed us in how well it handled acceleration for how heavy the car is. Finally the long wheel base provided a great amount of leg room so even if you were 6''+ you never would have an issue.
Mike and Steve were great! I emailed about a car i found on cars.com and Steve called me to let me that the car had a package that was unusual and actually may have dissuaded me from buying the car so I didn’t make the 40 min drive to them and come away dissatisfied, talk about honest!! Ended up buying the car and had a great experience, despite having a cranky 3 yr old along for the journey. These guys rock!!

Most fun car I've had since my 85 Vette. Beautiful design that gets tons of attention. Elegant interior reeks of style and class. Unexpected performance from the 3.0 Supercharged engine that will leave others in your dust. I have put over 60,000 miles on the car and have not had any maintenance issues. Overall I could not rate this car any higher. Love it!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

I have now had my 2016 XJL Potfolio for 1 year. I love the looks of the car and it’s driving performance and luxury. However the infotainment system is years behind Merecedes, Audi, and BMW. I had an Audi A8L prior to this and this is a step backwards as far as the electronics. The worst part is that The Bluetooth and hands free system have never worked properly since day 1 and are completely unreliable and dealer had not been able to get it resolved. Also my ability to get it to play my music from my phone is equally unreliable. Just way too many electronic glitches with this car. Getting assistance from Jaguar and the dealer has also been a big hassle. I am going to take a hit and get ride of this car in the next few months, tired of the glitches and their inability to get it resolved. As a whole I have been very disappointed with my experience and the quality of the car and Jaguar’s service. I would not recommend getting this car unless you have lots of patience.
I purchased a used 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport with a lot of options and under 15k miles. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch. I am used to a V-6 AWD vehicle, so it has taken some time getting used to the slower acceleration in normal or ECO mode. In Sport mode, the acceleration is good. I really like the looks of this car. It just stinks you have to go to the Sport or Limited model to get dark interiors, but I'll deal with it.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Beautiful design -BUT FOR THE PRICE OF THIS CAR (XJ 2016) IT DOES NOT HAVE A WINDSHIELD DEICER?
Also: for the price of this car there are no hand hold straps to assist getting in or out of the front seat - plain dumb when you consider that us Old foggies are the ones who buy these cars and could use the assistance getting in and out.
Also the navigation system is far too complex and basically unusable.
Te eco system is a real pain.

It is very comfortable, quick and fun to drive. It combines the luxury and room of a large car and is extremely fun to drive. It also gets 24mpg while cruising at 80mph. It is the large sedan for people who truly enjoy driving.
called and spoke to John about 2005 Volvo XC90. he was very courtious and we made arrangements for a test drive. We were over an hour late but car was ready and waiting for us. After a test drive we worked out a deal with a few minor repairs. The repairs were made promptly and we picked up the vehicle 2 days later. Great experience would definitly call them again .

Ford has done wonders with the technology and performance while keeping the stylish British marquee design elements. The color is so unique and gets very positive comments from my riders.
I gotta tell you, I bought my X5 from these guys and I love the vehicle. Lately I've been having a little trouble, and these guys bent over backwards to help me get the problems fixed. It brought tears to my eyes the way they really were concerned about me as a customer and treated me like family. If you need a vehicle this is the place to go. This heaven sent place took care of me and my family members. All satisfied with the results. Thanks again Selden you guys are the best!!

Purchased a 2016 Infinity QX60 and very impressed with the quality and overall workmanship of the vehicle. Ross an exceptional sales person and made me feel at ease going through the process of this purchase. During my research of recondition titles it was difficult finding leaning institutes that would provide the necessary financing but Ross was very helpful there. I would recommend an extended warranty for peace of mind. Overall experience GREAT!!! And I plan to go back for the wife.

Very nice car you will fall in love with. Has a bold, aggressive stance that is noticed especially silver. Car's touch screen is pokey, but has a lot of functions and the navigation map is very good. One of the best features is the sound system. You will hear almost every instrument in clear, balanced sound with over 20 speakers. They put a lot of time and money into the sound and it completes this car you will not need to spend a penny on upgrades. Look for certified versions only since small things can go wrong. Had a radiator tube burst twice and the cup holder cover broke which was serviced for free by the dealer. They also give you a free loaner.
David C. at the dealership was great to work with. Paperwork was easy being from out of state. Very helpful and didn’t hesitate to fix an issue I had by reimbursement for the repair. The work looks really good. If all rebuilts were like this one, I’d never buy another!
My 2008 Jaguar XJ-L has been a very reliable car since purchasing it as a 4-1/2 year old used car with 54,000 miles on it. I've replaced tires, brakes, bulbs and preventative maintenance/oil changes...that's it! I cannot believe how well-built and nimble this car is for its size. The all aluminum body coupled with that amazing 4.2 V8 is an amazing combination of weight/power ratio. My car currently has 104,000 miles and is still going strong with the interior leather rand wood remaining in very good condition.
