My 2003 4Runner was totaled in December. I loved that car, and dreaded looking for another, particularly since it was going to be the first time I'd purchased a car all by myself - without my husband along. The last thing I wanted and needed was HAVING to buy a car - and fast! I'd been taking my other 4Runner to Metro for service for many years, so I knew the quality of the dealership.I needn't have dreaded buying another car; Bob Kearns made the experience enjoyable, and easy, He also treated me with respect, answering my questions to ME, rather than the friends I'd brought along for reinforcements. He & I also have the same sense of humor, which was great! Bob hunted for the car I wanted, with the list of options I'd given him, along with the colors I preferred. And he found it!!
