They say in life, there are two stressful purchases that most people may do. One is to buy a house and the other is to buy a car. This is my first $100k vehicle and its worth every penny, this vehicle is amazing. And the best part is its electric so I get to recoup the money I spent on gas in the past.

We purchased this car new in 2014 and always had it serviced at this dealership. In July 2022 our engine had to be completely replaced with only 145;675 miles. The repair took from July 5 to September 16 and cost us $11,765,00. We had to put an engine in and chose a new engine in so we would have a warranty for 3 years or 36;000 miles. We feel that this should not have had to replace an entire engine and the inconvenience of all those months. My husband is 73 and I am 66 and we used Sunbit for financing but This has added 2 expenses of $463,89 and a second payment for $244.18 to our already stretched finances. The car had a 7 year warranty and we owned the car for 8 years.

We love our 2024 Blazer RS. As a mid-size SUV, there is plenty of room for 5 and ample cargo space. The design is slick and we have had several folks ask us about the vehicle and features. The 3.6 liter provides great performance, especially for the vehicle type.

Ford ticks a lot of the right boxes for this vehicle - excellent, quiet ride quality on rough roads. Fantastic hands-free self-driving on freeways. Phone-as-key with keypad on the door convenience. As a second family car (our other car takes gas) it's awesome - never having to go to the gas station with charging at home for 1/4 the cost per mile of gas is brilliant. I've driven most of the competitors and never have I been jealous of the other cars. Until they have the phone-as-key or hands free BlueCruise, I feel lucky to have the Mach-E. And yes, I think Ford and GM need to get better at naming cars. Mustang? Blazer? How did these decisions get approved?

2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

I had service and Dominic Difino was my service representative. He was courteous, respectful and timely having me in and out in less than an hour. He has earned my loyalty and I intend to go back to him when I need future service. I would have no problem recommending him to friends and family.
