Brought my truck in as my mirror wasn?t retracting all the time. Central GMC checked it out and said the mirror moor was over heating. They ordered the complete mirror assembly and had it in within a few day?s. Scheduled me back in within a couple day?s and all is well! Great experience!!

This car fits our needs. Roomy interior but not bulky. Good trunk space and features are user friendly. Just own it for a week, but so far very satisfied.

I've driven many makes of quality cars throughout my life and have had many experiences with a multitude of dealers and service centers. Prior to Prestige Audi my best experience was with a Volvo dealer/service center, but the folks at Prestige have exceeded even them. I purchased my Q7 five years ago from Prestige and have had it serviced there ever since - and I have been 100% pleased with those decisions. It's been an extremely reliable car and I've consistently received the best service I could ever hope for, let alone expect. Everyone on the Prestige staff has been very helpful and courteous, but a special shout out goes to Lucas who has been my Service Advisor for most of the past 5 years. I truly couldn't ask for more from any business or individual. 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up!

E-Pace is a great SUV - classy but functional, spunky as it looks - 0 to 60mph in no time - and it certainly doesn’t hurt to have the “Jaguar” cat insignia staring at everyone behind you on the highway...Envy.

Service desk personnel were very helpful and courteous. My car was perfectly clean on the inside . Most of all the cost was very reasonable.

I think this vehicle is a super fun car and i love I wish the back seat had more room and an aux cable plug in but other then those 2 things I love if . It's fast and it for sure is an eye catcher!

Jimmy was very helpful to me with questions concerning an auto they had at their Fishers location.I asked him to do a walk around the vehicle for me,which he did and sent me the video.We didn't come to an agreement on the car,but like I said earlier, Jimmy's the person to ask for. I went to Julian's Auto Showcase to purchase a vehicle and the staff and especially the finance manager Rico treated us like family, if all dealerships were like them, no one would have bad experiences with Dealerships.

I just got home. I left my house at 7:30 this morning and was at the dealership for five hours. BUT I had asked them to do a complete assessment and they did everything. I love these people. As I drove up my little four legged service person got all excited. She knew where we were and she has a lot of friends there. Everybody came out to greet us and help us descend. As a rule I am treated as someone special. I'm not but I am 87 years old and they are careful to take good care of me. I know them all but am losing my ability to remember names so please forgive me guys but Roderick, Arsenio, Luis, Denisa are so kind and I wrote down their names so I could remember them. My car was very happy and I don't know what all they did but she was very happy. (Yah! She's a lady). I have a very serious suggestion: Now I have no intention of ever buying another car , BUT, wouldn't it be great if you could go to a dealership, (as a woman not knowing much), and find a salesperson there, (of the female persuasion) who not only knows cars but knows the mechanics and has been taught the correct way to sell? I would scout places that teach car mechanics and see if a female is part of the student body and offer her a course in selling and a job. Maybe she just wants to be a mechanic but you could still call on her when you have a woman to sell to. Just an old lady's idea. I encountered a super female salesperson at a Honda dealership in Kissimmee, FL about 25 years ago. The only reason I didn't buy her car right then and there was I had decided I wanted a Chrysler. Anyway, You guys get all the stars. I know i can trust you.

BMW, Maserati, Porsche, just to name a few have real competition in the Jaguar F Pace SVR. Comfortable, powerful, decent gas mileage, good looks, handling and price I think puts this SUV right up there

R u kidding me I have owned Mercedes’ Porsche bmw and I have ever had a car sooooo fun. And I get comments 4-5 times a week she’s like a cute puppy,women go crazy I have had people ask if I will let them sit and take pictures. Top down there is no more beautiful car in the world . One downside is you have to be short or you won’t fit but I am so she’s perfect my wife begs me to let her drive it

Owned the car for 1 1/2 years with 80000 miles. Only problem has been the pot holes of Philadelphia streets. 1 flat tire and 1 damaged rim. Otherwise, for a 9 year old car it's super . People can't believe it's that old and runs so well. Yeah, it's super fast too.

Excellent fuel efficiency in the diesel model; approximately 34/35mpg on country back roads and highway driving. The connectivity with Apple play is confusing to me as is the gps navigation system but that might just be a European way of designing the system. This mid size suv is lovely and elegant and something not everyone owns.

Dealt with a gentlemen named Ernie, he was very professional and non-aggressive The whole transaction was clean, prompt, and worry-free. The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! I've owned 8 Corvettes, an M3, M4, a 528, Porsche 911 C4S, an Audi A4, Audi A5, Mercedes E550, Cadillac ATS4, a Volvo, three VWs, many pick up trucks and SUVs, so I have a lot of varied experience with different types of vehicles. Two weeks ago I bought my first Jaguar, an F Type R convertible. So far I love the car. It looks good, it's really fast, ride is comfortable for what it is and it sounds great. Let me address a couple of the complaints I've seen online. First, that the interior is cramped. Based on my experience it's no more cramped than other sports cars I've owned and driven. In fact it feels more spacious than the 2017 C7 Grand Sport I also own. The Vette has more/better tech. Technology is the one area I think the Jag is lacking. The trunk space is very limited but it's a sports car. I've seen online comments that if your bag is bigger than a loaf of bread it won't fit. Not true. You can fit a couple of overnight bags in the trunk of my convertible. A word about the exhaust sound. It seems everyone loves the extra loud exhaust. I do to...sometimes. The good news is that you can have it both ways. In "normal" mode it just has a nice growl and is actually rather quiet. But put it in dynamic mode and it has a completely different personality. I really like the fact you can have it both ways. Quiet or loud, beauty or beast, at least on the 2018. The only piece of the puzzle missing at this point is reliability. If it proves to be reliable I'll have no regrets. Time will tell.

I love the staff at Shopi-Car ! They treated me so well and I totally had an exceptional experience. The are a well-oiled machine and work great together and Truly enjoy each others company. I actually miss them. I still love my my car and tell everyone I find that is car shopping to go to Shopi-Car. They are the best forget the rest.

Bought the 2008 coupe with 68,000 miles in 2016. Indigo blue with metal flake, I felt it was a little over the top but it had a beautiful tan interior in perfect condition and burled wood dash. The car paint was damaged with I guess bird droppings the size of a quarter over the hood mostly. The dealer was a used car lot in Oceanside CA with some higher end cars and commercial trucks. I drove in on a Friday and expressed interest in the car, the salesman said why don’t you take it home for the weekend? So I did . Took it back to San Diego and since the Jag dealer there was open and luckily not busy I asked for them to check it our which they did. $225 later the dealer said it was good. Put up on the rack and had me go into the shop having the mechanic showing me underbody ( “has 8 years experience servicing XKs”). Having been a working stiff all my life I felt like I was the King of Norway with this very special treatment, as a teenager in 1968 there was a Jag dealer on Beach Blvd with two surf boards on top of my VW and sandy feet I walked into the dealer and saw Canary yellow XKE for about 11,000$. My 66 Bug cost me $1550 with 50$ a month payments. I think they humored me because we had our 17 year old girlfriends Bikini clad with us. Asked how much are the monthly payments, of course he said “ son most pay cash”. I now have 185,000 miles on my 2008 XK. Still runs great with the same engine and trans. At about 95,000 miles the trans seals started to leak. San Diego Jag agreed to fix the seals, went to two other Jag dealers who refused and would only install a new one or rebuilt. 750$ later I am out the door with that trans still going strong. Had problems with the AC drain pan leaking into the passenger side floor. The fix was to replace the drain with 3/4” drain assembly took several trips to the dealer for the final fix to work. The most aggravating has been the AM radio which I am told needs a 4000$ replacement of a modal. Siri XM works fine with the 5 disk player. Had have the car painted, hood and passenger side of the car. Oceanside certified Jaguar body shop. Had a bad door ding with the bird droppings, after 3 weeks I got the car. Afraid I would end up with a spotted leopard, it was perfect! My daily driver is so much fun driving thru Newport to my job every day. Getting raved by Ferraris another exotic cars occasionally just caps my day.
