I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. Transmission replaced twice, half shafts replaced, drive shaft replaced, struts replaced twice and needs a third set, early tire wear, front end rebuilt 3 times, 9 recalls, 7 firmware updates and I’m still having suspension problems with less than 70,000 miles.
Anthony Witherspoon was a phenomenal salesman. I met him two years ago and he advised me that it wasn???t the best time for me to buy a vehicle. Most salesmen would push you to purchase a vehicle by any means necessary. I appreciated his honesty and I knew when I was ready to buy my next Honda, I would give him the sale. He did not disappoint! I drove off in my 2018 Honda Accord with a payment that was well within my means!

After driving the Jeep Cherokee was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.
Came back for another vehicle from T. A. Since I purchased before they gave me an even better deal this time. Have referred friends and trust auto showed great appreciation. Salesman David made the transaction smooth both times, not at the dealer all day like my past experiences.

No part of this vehicle is Jeep other than the body, and it is a tragic design. Another "cookie-cutter" SUV that is over-advertised and built by the world's lowest bidders. Unless you buy the Wrangler, you are not buying a JEEP. The 8-speed transmission is underpowered by a worthless 4 cylinder motor that came out of a sewing machine. Be smart and forget the hype, and run away
This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.

Lots of room in the front. Not as much in the back seat but rarely used except for the dog. Back cargo area is wonderful. Lots of space. 9 speed transmission and 6 cyl. gives lots of power. 4 wheel drive is great in the snow.
I recently purchased an SUV from Manchester Motors and could not be more happy with the process. From the initial phone inquiry about the vehicle until I finalized the sale, I was treated professionally. Randy Olinger is an experienced expert. Glad I could do business with a smaller dealership and get treated so well.

Decent gas mileage, handles great, I like the large dash screen with navigation. Owned less than a month, no issues for far other than lack of storage space.
Great experience with Deb, she took her time and knew our needs. Very friendly and totally helpful. Also dealing with Chip Reuter was pleasant and helpful. Got us in the right car. We now own two Hyundias! Our first is nine years old both from Jones Junction.
On February 12th I purchased a 2011 Volvo S40 R Design. Very nice car. So i decided to take it on a nice road trip to see how the car performs. Immediately I noticed that the gas mileage was deteriorating. Went from getting 24mpg to about 17 mpg. Also the car stalled on me twice upon start up. But started up fine after a restart. Contacted service and they set me up with an appointment to get the car checked out. The service advisor contacted me and told me that they had done a diagnostic on the car and the knock sensor was bad....... Shouldn't a diagnostic had been done before I purchased the car?..... Also using the audio system I noticed that one of the speakers was busted..... Hope I haven't purchased a lemon from carmax. Is this a start of future issues.
I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.
