Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
Patrick was pleasant, very patient and accommodating, and even stayed late to make sure I was truly comfortable with my purchase. Everyone I dealt with here in Salem was friendly and informative. Highly recommend, great service, reasonably priced, great product!
Wonderful salesperson, Dan, made buying our used car a stress free experience. He was pleasant, friendly, and knew his business inside and out. I was looking for a Subaru Forester to replace my 10 year old vehicle and chose Autofair for the close proximity to where I live. I was greeted by Serg Orlov when I arrived and he asked what he could help me with. I told him I wanted a new Forester and that I had researched the car models and options and knew what I wanted. I told him I wanted to drive one first and go to my home to ensure it fit in my garage which he happily obliged. Once we returned we went over all the packages of options and he searched for what I wanted. I wanted a blue one and that was nonnegotiable. I knew that meant I may have to alter my options to suit their inventory and I was fine with that because a few items I had not decided on. We found a few and I chose the one that best suited my needs. I was able to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted and got it for a price I felt comfortable with. Serg was very nice to work with. He answered my questions and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. I would recommend the dealership and Serg. I was happy to not have to go around to other dealerships to find what I wanted. Everyone we worked with there was helpful and they seemed like a family that worked well together. I look forward to dealing with them for my service needs. After being a 5 time Saturn owner I was not looking forward to having to negotiate to get what I wanted (at Saturn everyone paid the same price for the same car and options so buying was easy and less stressful). Serg made it a wonderful buying experience.
Baker Cadillac was the third location we stopped at while shopping for a top quality, reliable yet affordable SUV. I really wish we went there first but as they always say, you can’t recognize good unless you’ve seen bad. The first two dealers we visited weren’t concerned about the customer experience but only the sale. Randy at Baker Cadillac was the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions with a patient cheerfulness that has left a lasting impression on me and my family!
I've never thought that buying a car can be an awesome experience. Most dealership now changed the way they do business compared a decade ago. Although there are some dealership who still practice the old style of pressuring there customers to buy a car from them. You have to meet all of them, they refer them to you as their manager, offer you another car or anything that will keep you in their lot. With most people who now search the internet before going out to buy a car, this old trick no longer works. My experienced with LAHTI's Jeep is excellent. Transaction is very smooth and prompt from start to finish. Brian Long is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and he will go the extra mile to please his customers. We bought a 2013 Honda Civic Si the cheapest price we found on the internet. The car was cleaned and polished when we came and ready for the test drive. When we came home after 43 miles drive, we noticed that one of the fog light is hanging out. We contact Brian and he answer right away and promise us to bring the car back for them to fix. Overall the experience is phenomenal. I will highly recommend Lahti's Jeep in Leominster.
What an awesome experience from start to finish let me tell you about Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett. My daughter Mackenzie was purchasing a car this would be her first loan for a car. I emailed them in the morning requesting information on a car for my daughter Mackenzie giving them the price range on what I was looking for for her loan Danny Lalanne one of the sales people txd me back within the 1/2 hour. It was early so I was a bit surprised that he contacted me back so fast. We discussed back and forth what would be good for Makenzie and I let him know that I would be down in late morning to see what they had for inventory. I arrived with my best and her husband with Kenzie and kenzies best friend to check out the cars. Danny was ready with all the sets of keys and with a awesome dimener.Kenzie and her best friend went into all the cars that Danny had pointed out. We asked Danny about the Nissan Versa that was only 2 years old. KenIe drove it and loved it. We worked out the pricing with Matt finance manager he was very accommodating in helping with the information on the loan and the price.... Kaitlin the general manager was there she was awesome to talk to and had knowledge of the vehicle another pleasant person that we were dealing with. The Whole experience was awesome. Danny was the best part of it!!!! I would go back if I ever needed to look for another car and work with Danny again.....
Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.

From the moment I reached out inquiring about a specific model jeep grand Cherokee Tim sent the pricing information over immediately and quickly set an appointment for the following morning for me. When I arrived I was met by Tim and Pablo and the Jeep was waiting for me. Pablo took care of everything from there. During the test drive he explained all the new and improved features that differed from the slightly older model Jeep I had now. Pablo made this entire process so easy as he lined up all the steps needed to be completed and offered to have the car ready to take home in the afternoon. The car was ready for pickup and Yamen helped with closing out my old lease and I was on my way. Easily the best car buying experience I have had in the 20+ years in doing this. I highly recommend this place, all around great experience!

There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars.

Recently purchased a 2015 Camry from Autofactory in Peabody and could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. I was assisted by Brian who allowed me to take 4 test drives of different vehicles before I decided on the Camry. I felt no pressure to buy at all and Brian took care of all of the necessary paperwork, registration and insurance issues that go along with buying a car. I would not hesitate to recommend Autofactory as in addition to the above their prices were comparable or in most cases even better than any I’d found anywhere else.
I had been to a couple dealerships prior to here to test drive different SUV???s to see what I wanted which also meant I had to deal with many different salesman at each place. Gary was friendly and honest (which is what won me over). The other dealerships tried to take advantage of me with their sales pitch games and creative gimmicks to make you feel that I can???t get that deal anywhere else so you buy from them but I am huge on costumer service and that???s what sealed the deal to buy from Gary! He did an awesome job getting us a great deal. We will definitely be back as well as recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Gary!!! I love my new ride!
Let me start by saying, I was not your typical car buyer. After doing my homework, I was looking for a particular trim, color and options. So, of course my car was not on the lot. But Jason and his team tirelessly looked around for my "perfect" Cherokee. From the beginning of my journey into buying a new vehicle, Jason was always accessible and informative. He let me know what he was seeing and was straightforward with me on availability and cost. Communication was excellent. Ron, dug deep into the available vehicles and called place after place to find what I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with this group. To me, a new car is huge investment and can be intimidating. Jason made the whole experience non-stressful and very easy. Consider me a happy customer!
