Mark Sanders is the salesman to get. He seemed to be genuine in his concern for getting me the vehicle that I wanted. They didn't have my truck on the lot, and we talked price without seeing it. Mark said a small deposit would be required to have the truck transferred to Antioch. I wasn't in a rush and told them I would think about it. A day or two later, I get a call from Mark saying that they went and got the truck and it would be sitting in front for me to look over. Sure enough, I went there the next day and liked what I saw. It was as described. After a test drive and some final negotiations I had the deal put on paper. Of course it changed, but after a little more negotiations we were back on track. They were high on some of the add on extra add ons I wanted, but took no for an answer also. Watch your deal as a good buyer should, bring a calculator, make sure that you are talking out the door price and all is good with these guys. Get Mark if you can and have fun negotiating with Kevin. The Finance Manager was good to work with too.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Got a nice deal on a used Ridgeline. I had a price im mind for both the Ridgeline and for my trade. I did alot of research and looked at alot of options. They gave me better than I even asked. I was shocked. The vechicle was super clean and I never was in and out so fast buying a car than here. Great facilitys also
I went here to check out a vehicle I had found on Cars.com. Everyone was very helpful. They have a nice little food court with pizza, ice cream, and drinks all for free. I ended up going home with the vehicle I was looking at. The whole experience was excellent.
After leaving another Jeep dealership swearing...Fields was a breath of fresh air! JW was fantastic to work with and the process was fast and efficient. Love my Wrangler and will be telling everyone who is in the market for a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge to go to Fields and work with JW!
I live in Colorado and I was nervous about buying a vehicle from another state but I called to discuss the purchase of my dream car and Russ Raskin was the salesperson that helped me out - to say the least. I may have been a little "high maintenance" as a customer but I wanted reassurance that there would be no surprises when I arrived to pick up my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Russ and Adam (sales manager) were VERY accommodating and the professionalism, honesty, dilegence, respect and understanding was incredible. Next time I'm due for a new car, I'll be contacting Russ again...if he'll accept me as repeat customer.
I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!
