Hello, Just wanted to say thank you to Dave, Alex, Big Andrew and Little Andrew for an Amazing experience at LE Dodge Ram Jeep after a very bad experience with Lake Chevy I was promised a truck Chevy did not have. So at LE Dodge Ram Jeep the team was great I ended up with the Power House truck of all trucks to pull my 2018 Jayco WhiteHawk- now I have the Ram Power wagon 4x4 Hemi and I could not be happier it has everything a chevy does not have and then some- Great Customer Service and they worked with me to be at my budget - as a Retired Navy Veteran it's great to see how they care for customers and Veterans " Bravo Zulu" well done - Joe Andersen USN Ret.
They checked me in before I could get out of my truck with a I Pad and asked me to wait in the very nice waiting room. They sent me a text to ask if I would like anything. Within an hour the nice lady handed me my keys and asked me to see the cashier for my receipt and I was on my way.
Went into dealership looking for new car or truck. Was greeted by Chris and helped us out. Was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and trucks. Ended up buying a new 2018 dodge ram truck. Would recommend this dealer and would recommend Chris as well. Drove one hour to this dealership on the 4th of July and was well worth the drive with the experience we had at the dealership.
Had a great experience buying a “new” used car here. Victor was the best ! Wasn’t pushy at all , had everything ready for me when I arrived and was able to get me a great deal on my Jeep. I will be reccomeding him to other peolple as it was the best experience car shopping I have had. The finance office was equally as nice and helpful. Painless, quick and easy process all the way around . When I am ready to re purchase I will definitely be going there first!
Went here looking for a new 2015 Grand Cherokee. Tried to buy elsewhere and dealt with some horrible people! Made my way out there not expecting much better as a car salesman is a car salesman, but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised! Jésus was the sales manager and he was awesome! No pressure, easy going, worked with me a lot. And it was a fast experience! I wasn't in the show room for 5 hours like the last time! Would highly recommend.
I want to thank Juan Garcia for his dedication and taking pride in his work and excellent customer service. My daughter and I went on Friday (09/29) and he made sure we were taking care of. We were out of there in no time. I am so pleased with the service and care provided, that plan to be a returning customer and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
We purchased our 2016 Chrysler 300 that was pre owned with extremely low mileage. We got a fair deal and the car looked to be brand new. After getting home, we noticed that the clear coat was chipped and peeling in 3 different places on the roof. Our salesman suggested we take it to our local dealer for warranty repair as Browning is quite a distance from where we live. Our local dealer refused to take care of the issue as he claimed that someone had already tried to patch it with no success. We spoke with Mike Colera in the Browning service department and he went out of his way to make us happy customers! When we picked our car up, we were blown away at the fabulous job in repairing the ugly spots and can't say enough about the customer service afforded us at Browning by Mike and his team!
At Browning from the initial online chat until we were driving away in our new Grand Cherokee the entire staff was polite, accommodating, and conveyed a casual no pressure attitude which made the entire experience a pleasure. This is how car buying should be!
