Robert is a quiet man being that he is not pushy to seal the deal. He gave me all the info i needed in order to make the best decision for my budget and woked it through to management. I have a Ford Edge i love and am excited i was finally able to get an SUV. Initially I Leased thru him and then purchased the vehicle at lease end. Ive had the Edge 3 yrs so far and not a hint of trouble. I so bery much love driving it plan to keep this for another 10-12 Yrs atleast. Thank you Robert and your finance team.
Began our journey on Black Friday to find a nee Jeep. Stopped at Southfork CDJR first since it was local. Worked with Albert Woods on my wish list for a new Wrangler. Left the dealership and looked at a few others just to see who else had what. We sent Albert more info on additional possibilities. We received a text from him a few days later saying he had found what we were looking for with just a couple of differences. We went back to Southfork and met with Albert again. Decided we would take the new Wrangler even if it wasn???t an exact match. During the negotiations with our trade, there was no pressure at all to buy. We almost decided to leave and wait for what we were looking for but Albert and the sales team really worked with us on the deal. They made a great offer on the price that we couldn???t pass up. We made the deal and are glad we did. Jordan Fournet in finance was very courteous and again no pressure to purchase anything more we didn???t want. Answered all our questions and even shared a great video with us. The whole thing took just a couple of hours and we were on our way in my brand new Wrangler. I will definitely return to Southfork for my services and even future car purchases if I???m in the need of a new vehicle. Check them out as they won???t disappoint!
This is coming from someone that ultimately didn't even buy his car from Gillman. I was in the market for either a used or possibly new Jeep and worked with Joe/Jose Hernandez. Joe himself was fantastic. He did absolutely everything in his power to get me a great deal on the exact Jeep I wanted. This included wheeling and dealing with other dealerships. In the end, everything fell through at the last minute by no fault of his own as he couldn't get me the exact car I wanted because of a miscommunication from one of the dealerships he was negotiating with. I had even put down a deposit because we thought it was a done deal. Once I found out it fell through, Joe was quick to apologize and refund my money even though it wasn't his fault. Eventually, he did find the car I wanted a day later but by that time I had already purchased another car. Still, I would not hesitate to contact Joe again the next time my wife or I need another car.
My salesman Kevin Smith (Chrysler, dodge, jeep) was pleasure to work with. I went in prepared with a list of cars (Honda) that I was interested in. Kevin made it happen for the price that I wanted, terms, and I received a great bumper to bumper warranty. I was in and out in around 3hrs (mostly me changing vehicles lol I went in refusing to put anything down). He was very knowledge on their cars, and was very professional. Even Moe in finance got me a great interest rate. He was a pleasure to work with as well. I must admit I am one happy customer. I highly recommend that you use Kevin Smith for your car buying experience!!!

Mel Johnson is someone I would recommend to my family and friends wanting to buy a vehicle. Mr. Johnson was courteous, friendly, answered all of my questions and paid attention to what I was interested in purchasing. I would highly recommend Mr. Johnson.

can't say enough about my experience with JOE Hermandez and Gillman Jeep Dodge. I smile as I think about how efficient the service was from beginning to end. As if we were the only people that were important in that waiting room. Joe was never distracted with anyone else but US from the moment he met us. His desire and result was to make this the most pleasant experience of any we had haD. AND HE DID JUST THAT. I highly above any other car experience we have had, HIGHLY recommend GILman, and JOE. It was a total pleasant delight. Joe diligently ran for us and took care of any needs we had. It started to rain, Joe even got umbrellas, the wait to see finance officer was longer than JOE wanted for us, he asked if we wanted water and snacks, more than once.
