Tofik was excellent and I can recommend him to any of my friends. The long wait for the finance office was aggravating. You shouldn't have to wait over an hour to pay!! The dealership is clean and everyone is courteous. One big complaint, is they can not put an inspection sticker on your vehicle. So another wait at a service station for an inspection sticker.
I actually thought while I was heading to the dealership for service that I would take an Uber home. But I was told it would be a little over an hour(because they were short handed that day), and they were true to their word.
I needed service after my jeep abruptly started having transmission problems. I called first thing in the morning and the service center was extremely helpful. They were able to fit my car in over the weekend for a diagnostic even thought it was last minute. Whenever I called for updates the staff were friendly and very helpful. The car ended up needing a software update. I had not been to this jeep dealership before, but I would definitely go back for service and recommend it.
Kelly Jeep in Methuen has that largest inventory in the area & the purchasing process could have been easier or smoother. We were treated fairly & without any pressure to buy. Our Sales rep, Phil Prieur was extremely knowledgable & able to patiently walk us through the various Jeep models & options, making our ability to make an informed choice very easy. Service department was excellent and found the staff to be excellent. Service staff recommended needed repairs and did not force me or sell me. I took their advice and made another appointment for later work.
