Called first thing this morning and I'm walking out the door with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dan was extremely helpful with all questions and went out of his way to save me my precious time. Which is refreshing since we came from an hour and a half away. Superior customer service! Tauke Motors just gained a new customer.
Friendly and welcoming, my wife and I had a great experience looking at a couple Jeeps. We ultimately ended up not buying but not for any reason from the dealership. Low pressure, knowledgeable staff, we would consider them again.

Great service! No pressure at all to buy, but I ended up with a perfect car within my price range. Emailed with Jeff Haight, who actually came in on his day off just to help us out! Options were all clearly presented to me, and the rest of the staff were very helpful with all the things I was unfamiliar with.
I was looking for a different car and found one on dealer website, called to set up a test drive and drove away in my "new" car within an hour of arriving at the dealership. Everyone was nice and helpful. Thank you!
They were able to provide me a detailed report of the history of the vehicle as it had been serviced there throughout its previous life. All questions I had were answered before I even arrived at the facility. The vehicle had all of the bells and whistles and worked flawlessly. The windshield was cracked and that was pointed out to me (even though I honestly didn't even notice it) prior to purchase. Very competitive pricing, even in comparison with much larger dealers in Des Moines.
AS ALWAYS, Cindy in the Brown's service dept goes above and beyond to set up my vehicle repairs in a timely manner and stay within her estimates, and sending me home with a courtesy vehicle. I totally trust the Brown's service dept and am very happy with the quality of the repairs!

Just purchased a Red Mazda MX-5 Miata Convertible from Junge Mazda. Best Dealership experience I have ever had. After car shopping for several months and getting the usual run around from a few delearships we could not have enjoyed our experience at Junge anymore. Gene and Lloyd were terrific to deal with and we will definitely be returning.
