One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Our salesperson Riley was very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure at all. Ray, in the finance dept was also very helpful and explained our options clearly. We were very pleased with the experience!
I shopped for my my new 2019 Ram 1500 in PA, NY and OH. Great Lakes was by far the most professional and easy to work with, no games. Absolutely professional Jake and James are the best . Thank you and looking forward to buying from you again. Definitely worth the 40 minute trip from Erie.

Let me start off by saying everyone there is friendly and I feel like I got a good deal on a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler I purchased there. Now the part that made me upset was at the very end of my experience there. They pride themselves on there Seth Wadley promise. Things like free oil changes for life and life on engine. That’s all real nice but when they brought me out to my new Jeep so I can drive off in it and be proud of my new purchase, I noticed it setting in the same place it was when I test drove it earlier that day. The car was dirty on the out side and was setting on empty. I asked why and they said we don’t wash or fill up the tanks on there used vehicles. My salesman did try give me cash for gas once I started getting upset but I did not take it. The fact that they took me out to my new Jeep filthy and on empty and think that is fine. So if you buy a used $35k there they want you to drive it off the lot dirty and on empty. When I buy a new vehicle the first two places I don’t want to stop leaving the dealership is a car wash and a gas station. Very disappointed with this dealership. Won’t be back. They lost my business over $40.
Working with Ben and Randal was a great experience. Ben was able to accommodate my need to communicate via electronic means vs the traditional in person and phone calls. It was great that Ben responded to my online inquiry promptly and was able to set up an appointment so I could bring the truck to my husband to see what I was interested in purchasing. When considering getting a vehicle be sure to make Klein one of your first stops. I had test drove trucks at other dealerships, but the personal service and ability to meet my needs is the reason that I purchased at Klein.
At first I had my doubts , but I can tell you that Brian and Debbie work together for me and resolved my issue , the dealership really step up their customer service. Brian went above and beyond in finding and locating the exact Jeep I wanted. He took the time to show me things on the Jeep and also called me after the purchase to make sure everything was good. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him
Tony and Blake was very easy to work with,the deal I received on the truck I purchased was a no haggle process everything I requested they bent over backwards to accomodate my request they gave me more of a trade value than anyone in my home town or other dealership I visited I have been looking for a truck for awhile I saw there web site and I checked out the description of a truck I was looking for it had low miles for the year.It took me awhile to make up my mind to purchase I thought to myself what a great deal I couldn't fine a deal anywhere else around like I am getting I text Tony the salesman and told him I wanted it I researched some recalls on it he put it in there shop and they completed all the recalls on it and replaced the drive line and a u joint in the front suspension caused it had a low and high speed shake Tony did not want me to purchase it with the problems (What honesty) wow and didn't get charged for the repairs.This wouldn't happen at other dealerships they would of charged me for the repairs.I drove about three hours each way to do this deal they even stated they would put me in a hotel for a night or even take the truck home over a weekend WOW and I live in another state one trip to look and test drive back home and then to purchase did all this with a phone call to Blake and text with Tony.Very layed back people they will like I say bend over backwards to make the customer happy.I now think I have true friends in Tony and Blake,and I can also say the service manager was very helpful with the recalls and the repairs and very honest with the condition of the truck and knew the previous owner of the truck said it was a well taken care of unit. I can honestly say without a dought that this is the next dealership you need to check out They have my business now and I am going to tell people about them.
I was happy to be in and out fairly quickly. Albert the sales man was very friendly and do everything for me to meet my needs. He listened to what I was anted and did not try to up sale me which is very annoying to me
