It was the end of the work day. For once I planned to leave right at closing time rather than much later as I often do. I got in my car (a 2006 Dodge Charger) and turned the key in the ignition, eager to run some errands before an evening committment. The engine turned over for only a second, then suddenly the tension against the key released and the engine stopped cranking! The key was spinning freely in the ignition switch, which had broken and was stuck in the Accessories position. i had no need to worry though; after a prompt visit by an AAA tow truck and a quick phone call to the service department at Tom O'Brien Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge, my car was in good hands. We got there just a few minutes past closing time, but the friendly and dedicated staff waited for my car and I to be delivered and they even helped me with securing a loaner vehicle. The repairs were completed, and even included a complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection. Their customer service is second-to-none and they genuinely care about each and every customer, no matter the age of the vehicle nor what repairs it needs. When I am finally ready to replace my car, I'll definitely be doing business with the fine folks at Tom O'Brien on 96th Street!
I have purchased 2 vehicles from here I would never go any where else ! All my family has purchased cars from here too. The customer service is great you don't have a salesman breathing down your neck pressuring you about the car inside and on the lot ... The pricing is unbeatable! You will get a clean quality reliable car from here no lemon and it is all straight forward you know what you are exactly getting . The paper work process took less than an hour both times . This will be the best car buying experience ever ! Highly recommended!

Horrific experience! From start to finish. Made an appointment 1week in advance. Brought the car 7am. Couldn't get an estimate in 1,5 days. Couldn't reach service adviser for 2 days. Tried 3text messages, 6 phone calls, No replies.
The estimate i got was on the phone, and cwhen i insist the estimate was handwritten with no explanation of what is wrong or what work to be done.
Estimate on the phone was "little less than $1,000 including tax" , i paid $1,066 with tax.
I'm not a guy who write comments on the internet about a company or call the company headquarters to complain, but this experience was a complete disaster.

TRADED IN A VERY CLEAN 2016 XC/90 MOMENTUM WITH A REALLY NICE AMBER INTERIOR. JUST COMPLETED A MAJOR , CUSTOMER PAID OUT OF POCKET SERVICE , TOO CORRECT SOMETHING SMALL THAT I DID NOT LIKE , CAUSED BY A LARGE NAME GRAPEVINE NEW CAR DEALER THAT PRIDES THEMSELVES AS BEEN DOING BUISNESS SINCE 1952. Let me begin by stating that I've no financial gain by writing this review, nor would I accept it. I hate the car buying experience, visiting dealerships, hate the games, etc. I'd been looking for several weeks for a new Corvette. Sending emails, and getting automated replies of how helpful they'd be to assist me. Never answering specific questions. (Since when can't a dealership have a real person response to an email?!?!
BILL NOBLE at AUTONATION changed all of that. After a chat session at nearly 2:00AM no less, the next day I received not only a real response, but photos of the vehicle I wanted to boot! always a response to my dopey questions, typically in minutes, and with no feeling I was a bother. This was important because the dealership was clear across the country! I'm in Indiana, and they're in Spokane, WA. Still a bit reluctantly, I pulled the trigger and made the purchase, thinking this was where the wheels would begin to come off. See what I did there? :) Well once again I was blown away! Typically once you've singed a deal, salespeople are giving you the Home Depot blowbye... No return calls, passing you off to someone else, not mu job, etc...
Not this guy! Bill NOBLE found another gear, kind of like my new Corvette, :) Bill worked tirelessly coordinating deliver of the car, pressing them for a timely delivery, and contacting me AFTER the sale to schedule a phone walk around of the vehicle....WHO THE HECK DOES THAT?!?!? Having a car licensed out of state can sometimes be a challenge, and this was no exception. But I must mention Alan and his finance team too was vey helpful in the process.
I could go on and one but all you need to know is I'm now a fan of AUTONATION Chevrolet, and they've earned my business going forward. And a fan of BILL NOBLE. If you're reading this, it makes no difference where you are in the county. Never been this happy spending this much money! These guys, this guy, Bill Noble DELIVERS!!!! ASK FOR BILL, YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED. Trust me......
Staff was very friendly, very thorough. Ive gone to Toyota for years seems like the turnover in the maintenance service department is high this group of people I really liked and I hope they stay on board,

Greg was great, understanding and helpful. My charger broke down on Sunday and my warranty didn’t cover my repair, he helped me find a discount. Which saved me a little money.
My wife and I were in the market for either a GMC Acadia or Buick Enclave. We live in Modesto, CA and had been searching throughout Northern California. It seemed like every vehicle we found with our preferred mileage/year/equipment was just a few 1000 out of our price range. To top it off, it seemed like no dealer would budge on the price when we inquired. My wife and I took a trip to So-Cal for a quick trip to Disneyland as our annual passes will be expiring soon and we wouldn't be able to get away for the long holiday weekend due to work. While waiting in line for rides, we decided to browse the internet, thinking maybe prices would be better than up North. We found a much larger selection, but similar pricing to the dealers near home. Then we found Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they had two Acadia's that seemed to be what we wanted with much better prices than we expected to find. I e-mailed the dealer asking if the vehicle was still available and got a phone call back within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for noon the next day. We got up the next morning and decided to go to the dealer early. We were contacted by phone at about 10 AM to confirm we would be showing up. We told them we were ready and could come in early. The same salesman (Miguel) I spoke to on the phone was quick to greet us, despite not being scheduled. He took us over to see both cars, let us drive them both and then asked what he could do for us. We asked for a little off the price, which we didn't get, but I wasn't expecting as the price was already $3-4k off what we would have paid for a similar vehicle in Northern California. Once we agreed on a price, the manager Anthony came over to explain our different financing options and how we could save the most money in that process. Miguel then took the car over for a final detail and cleaning while we went and finalized the contract. They took us in to meet Executive Sales Manager Chris Amato, who was already finishing up our paperwork. Chris was very gregarious and outgoing, asking us plenty of questions about what got us to the dealership, why we chose the car, etc. He also gave us a better explanation of how they were able to give us such a great price. Basically, since the dealer is so high volume, they don't have to make such high markups on each vehicle. Chris finished up the paperwork and transferred it all to a really neat desktop monitor that displayed all the contracts and allowed us to sign electronically. Finally, we were finished with the paperwork, Chris walked us back out to the showroom where we waited a few minutes for the detailing to be finished. Miguel showed up with the vehicle, handed us the keys and we were on our way back home to Modesto. All told it was maybe 3 1/2 hours from the time we arrived, to driving off, which seems to be pretty quick from what I understand of the car buying experience. Throughout the day, various members of the staff made sure to check on us and see if we needed anything to drink or anything like that. I would HIGHLY reccomend this dealership to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable throughout the experience and don't pressure you into anything you don't feel comfortable with. This was a great experience and more than worth the trip. I will most likely look to make a trip down again for our next car purchase.
Seriously, great service, I pulled up, dropped the car, and was out the door in less then 15 minutes. This is typical customer service here, I have never had any issues. I've owned a Mercedes years ago, and when I took it in for Service st another dealership, it was never pleasant, and took so long. Again, great service, Danny took great care of me and my car, having it brought in in a timely manner and the repairs completed right on time. I appreciate this so much,
I have cars of different makes. The Honda dealership if Fremont, CA, has by far the best customer service. I even have my "personal" service consultant. He is familiar with me and my car, and everything is expedited.
Unfortunately Honda does not make performance cars (Si is front wheel drive), so as much as I like Honda, they just make "family cars". And I'm a retired guy, who wants to go fast (or at least looking like he's going fast).
