We found a car we liked online, and I was able to schedule a visit very quickly and easily. Met with Chris, and he was very helpful, respectful and considerate of our taking our time to make the best decision. Final negotiations were relatively quick and easy. Got a great deal. Michael Jourdan was great too, lightning fast, while being extremely thorough and well-spoken, walking us through everything to make sure we understood our terms, etc. Highly recommend Mossy! It was the end of the work day. For once I planned to leave right at closing time rather than much later as I often do. I got in my car (a 2006 Dodge Charger) and turned the key in the ignition, eager to run some errands before an evening committment. The engine turned over for only a second, then suddenly the tension against the key released and the engine stopped cranking! The key was spinning freely in the ignition switch, which had broken and was stuck in the Accessories position. i had no need to worry though; after a prompt visit by an AAA tow truck and a quick phone call to the service department at Tom O'Brien Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge, my car was in good hands. We got there just a few minutes past closing time, but the friendly and dedicated staff waited for my car and I to be delivered and they even helped me with securing a loaner vehicle. The repairs were completed, and even included a complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection. Their customer service is second-to-none and they genuinely care about each and every customer, no matter the age of the vehicle nor what repairs it needs. When I am finally ready to replace my car, I'll definitely be doing business with the fine folks at Tom O'Brien on 96th Street!

I was nervous to make my first vehicle purchase at a dealership, and I had been to several Honda dealers in the area before I found Bettenhausen. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and I had seen a specific vehicle on CarGurus, so I called to see if it was available. I scheduled a test drive with Brandee and came in within 15 minutes. I was surprised that she handed me the keys without riding along; I liked that I had the freedom to test all aspects of the car without a salesperson breathing down my neck. When I got back to the office, Brandee went over the vehicle history report, and everything was very transparent. The cubicles are private yet spacious and I enjoyed the atmosphere more than any other dealership I had visited. When I decided that I wanted the car, I expected to be there for hours completing paperwork or haggling with prices. Brandee explained that they stay competitive in the market (the price for my car was more than fair based on KBB value) so their prices are bottom-line, and therefore no need for drawn-out negotiations. When she went over the purchase agreement, there were no hidden fees. I was out the door in about an hour, and it probably would have only been 30 minutes if I didn't have a personal payment issue. I was worried about my rental car and asked if I should come back the next day to pick up the new car, but Brandee offered to call Enterprise to have my car picked up, so I was able to leave immediately with my beautiful new (used) car. Based on my experience, I would say Bettenhausen Fiat holds themselves to a higher standard. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient!
I brought my truck in for a recall as well as getting locking nits removed from the wheels even though u didn't buy the vehicle from them. John Callen in service took great care of us and my Ram. Quick, friendly, fabulous service which I would recommend to all anybody.

My wife and I took our cars into Vandergriff Chevrolet for scheduled maintenance. On arrival we where greeted by Scott with a smile, a handshake, and a "How have you guys been?" Quickly Brandon came out with a smile and a "Good to see you today. What can I do today?" He had our information and the cars were swept away for service. We were escorted to the waiting area where we met by the courtesy drivers with a smile and very friendly conversation on how we were doing.
We settled down with fresh coffee and a package of mini-donuts and the morning paper. Service was fast and we were greeted with what had been done, etc. and the costs. We were out and on the way home in about an hour.
I also looked at the 2017 Corvettes - good looking machines, but I'll keep my 2016 modified Z51.
We worked with Casey, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quite patient with our questions as first-time new car buyers. The sales process was very low pressure, and he seemed to care about helping us figure out the right choice for us, rather than pushing a particular product or making a quick sale. Having all the information was pretty important to us (we spent over 160 hours researching different vehicles and nearby dealerships before choosing H&H), and Casey went out of his way to help us feel comfortable, promptly finding us answers when they weren???t immediately on hand. He met with us twice, and each time he had the vehicles ready to show and test drive. We were looking at a Kia Rio and a Kia Niro (a hybrid) and he was able to give us concise but full answers to the vast majority of our questions about these vehicles right away, including quite specific questions about the onboard electronics, sensor package, transmission and hybrid drivetrain. The dealership itself was also pleasant to work with, and they gave us an awesome price on a new Niro LX, beating the national average by more than a thousand dollars. To be fair, we then spent that money on an all-weather package to help the vehicle last longer, but we had already planned to buy rubber floor mats and paint protection film separately, so it worked out pretty well. Once we decided on a car, they set us up with Jorge, who was very helpful with all the paperwork, getting us acceptable terms on a loan as first-time car buyers, and very patiently answering the 1,000+ questions we had about the process, including solid advice on building credit, and how to pay off the loan as efficiently as possible. He also hooked us up with a very reasonably priced extended warranty, which seems like a pretty fair deal, after some research. They also offered us maintenance on the vehicle (oil and filter, fluids, multipoint inspection, tire rotation, and a wash) for $99 for 3 visits. This seems like a very competitive price for what they???re selling, so I???ll certainly be back for service. That evening, we left H&H Kia with a 50 mpg hybrid SUV (2018 Kia Niro) with lots of cargo space, which we will use for errands, home improvement projects, and cross-country road trips. We???ve put a couple hundred miles on it by the time of this writing, and so far, I???m really pleased with it. The interior is comfy and spacious without being cavernous, and the onboard electronics are as thoughtfully designed and easy to use as the reviews we read claimed. So far, the hybrid drivetrain lives up to its EPA rating, giving us 47-48 mpg on the highway and 50-54 mpg around town.
We bought a used Honda CRV. Moody Motors staff are friendly and helpful. Our salesman was never pushy and went above and beyond to accomodate us. Moody's helped us get the financing we needed too. When we picked up the CRV, minor repairs had been made, the tank was full and we got 2 coffee mugs that fit in the doors of the CRV. Moody Motors has a great rewards program that Vicki explained to us in detail. We love Moody Motors.
I have always been leery about car dealerships but Autonation has been such a pleasant experience. This will be car #3 for my family in the past couple years from Autonation. We bought my husband's 2016 Silverado, and my 2016 Malibu from the Arrowhead location, and now our son is going through his first car buying experience at the Phoenix location. Svitlana has been amazing! Even though we told her we would likely not be purchasing today, she spent hours with us, test driving multiple cars, and asking questions, finding out what my son wanted and needed. It was all about US! She listened and got to know us and made us feel valued. I am so glad my son had a pleasant experience, as my first car buying experience at his age was terrible!! We did end up finding the perfect car and will be going back today to get it. Not ONCE did we feel pressure or pushed, only welcomed and valued. Thank you once again Autonation for a pleasant experience, and especially to Svitlana, for all the time you spent with us making yesterday a wonderful day for our family. We just love you! (And my son has already recommended you to another friend!!)
Let me begin by stating that I've no financial gain by writing this review, nor would I accept it. I hate the car buying experience, visiting dealerships, hate the games, etc. I'd been looking for several weeks for a new Corvette. Sending emails, and getting automated replies of how helpful they'd be to assist me. Never answering specific questions. (Since when can't a dealership have a real person response to an email?!?!
BILL NOBLE at AUTONATION changed all of that. After a chat session at nearly 2:00AM no less, the next day I received not only a real response, but photos of the vehicle I wanted to boot! always a response to my dopey questions, typically in minutes, and with no feeling I was a bother. This was important because the dealership was clear across the country! I'm in Indiana, and they're in Spokane, WA. Still a bit reluctantly, I pulled the trigger and made the purchase, thinking this was where the wheels would begin to come off. See what I did there? :) Well once again I was blown away! Typically once you've singed a deal, salespeople are giving you the Home Depot blowbye... No return calls, passing you off to someone else, not mu job, etc...
Not this guy! Bill NOBLE found another gear, kind of like my new Corvette, :) Bill worked tirelessly coordinating deliver of the car, pressing them for a timely delivery, and contacting me AFTER the sale to schedule a phone walk around of the vehicle....WHO THE HECK DOES THAT?!?!? Having a car licensed out of state can sometimes be a challenge, and this was no exception. But I must mention Alan and his finance team too was vey helpful in the process.
I could go on and one but all you need to know is I'm now a fan of AUTONATION Chevrolet, and they've earned my business going forward. And a fan of BILL NOBLE. If you're reading this, it makes no difference where you are in the county. Never been this happy spending this much money! These guys, this guy, Bill Noble DELIVERS!!!! ASK FOR BILL, YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED. Trust me......
Staff was very friendly, very thorough. Ive gone to Toyota for years seems like the turnover in the maintenance service department is high this group of people I really liked and I hope they stay on board,

Greg was great, understanding and helpful. My charger broke down on Sunday and my warranty didn’t cover my repair, he helped me find a discount. Which saved me a little money.
Seriously, great service, I pulled up, dropped the car, and was out the door in less then 15 minutes. This is typical customer service here, I have never had any issues. I've owned a Mercedes years ago, and when I took it in for Service st another dealership, it was never pleasant, and took so long. Again, great service, Danny took great care of me and my car, having it brought in in a timely manner and the repairs completed right on time. I appreciate this so much,
I have cars of different makes. The Honda dealership if Fremont, CA, has by far the best customer service. I even have my "personal" service consultant. He is familiar with me and my car, and everything is expedited.
Unfortunately Honda does not make performance cars (Si is front wheel drive), so as much as I like Honda, they just make "family cars". And I'm a retired guy, who wants to go fast (or at least looking like he's going fast).
