I like this car a lot. I gave up a lot of interior space when I traded in my Journey for the Cherokee and the ride is not quite as smooth along with less gas milage but every other way it is far superior. Love the 4x4 and how it handles in snow. The interior design is very nice as is the exterior design. More sleek. It is still a nice comfortable ride, especially on the highway. It is much more reliable than my last car. The seat and steering wheel warmers are an extremely nice touch. Yea, I like the Jeep Cherokee very much.

Gerald Morrison is an excellent person to deal with. He listened to me about what was important to me. He knew the correct car for me before I did. He was not pushy and he did not rush me. Gerald allowed me to draw my own conclusion. Gerald wanted me buy the right car for me. Thus he asked many questions and answered all of my questions. I bought the right car for me, a Trackhawk!!! I found a car I liked on Friday, test drove it, thought about it for a couple of days. On Monday I let my sales girl Arielle know that I would be there by noon to finalize my purchase. When I got there she had all my paper work ready and it was such an easy and pleasant process. Bobby Ford the Manager and Chris who finished my title paperwork were both wonderful. I usually don't go to dealerships but the next time I need to purchase a car I will definitely come back here. They even removed my DVD players from my headrest out of my trade in at no extra cost. Go with the 3.2 V 6 it has plenty of power. The Auto engine stop/start is terrible even if it does save gas it is too jerky

I owned this Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus that they are selling at Spitzer Ford. Very reliable. Loved the remote start and the heated seats and steering wheel. Anything 40 degrees and colder when you used remote start would turn on the drivers seat and wheel and rear defroster and heated mirror. I did not lead foot the jeep I averaged 24.5 to 26 intown. Best I got was 33 on the highway. It has the 2.4 engine. Just needed to get bigger vehicle to haul my wife's mobility scooter. Will definitely miss the Jeep.

Pros: Looks nice, super comfortable, great sound system, cruises really well. Cons: Console & door pocket design might be the worst I've ever seen. I've got a comma shaped pocket in the console that doesn't hold anything with stability and a slit pocket ahead of that which is great to lose stuff down and have to go fishing for. Also, you have to be part contortionist to use the door pockets. There's hard plastic that means you can't just reach down to grab something out of it. You have to bend your arm in an unnatural direction to reach things. Good SUV...I'd buy again, but the interior design is trash.

We drove from Raleigh to Charlotte to meet our son and help him purchase a car. Ended up here after our son found a vehicle he was interested in on Truecar. Tristan was our salesman and was helpful, informative and NOT pushy. Our experience was very good (facility was very clean also) and we did not feel like the price was bad at all. In this market, they actually had a decent amount of available vehicles.

Came out of a Ford Fusion due to lease ending. Getting older, past 70 yearsof age, and my wife thought I would benefit from an suv with a higher seating position for entry and egress. My wife had a Grand Cherokee for 16 years and loved it. I drove it many times and enjoyed the versatility of an suv. Love my ‘21 Cherokee. The right size, great styling and image too. Power beaucoup with the V-6 engine and averaged 30 + mpg on road trip to Arizona and back. Interior is nicely appointed, the leather seating is good quality and comfortable. The Jeep handles well at all speeds and I feel safe and confident behind the wheel.

The Cherokee latitude plus was okay. It worked for the time I needed it and what I used it for. As my kids grew older and sports lives expanded, the space wasn’t enough.

I purchase my jeep brand new, not even 14 miles on it. Got the 3.6 v6, and now has about 43k on it. Aside from minor issues, like having to replace both batteries the first year, and the little electrical quirks it has like the service shifter light that randomly makes an appearance, and the radio getting messed up from an update, (which was covered under the warranty) I love my jeep. It has plenty of acceleration, so much so that I’ve considered lowering and supercharging it like the big brother SRT model. Obviously, every vehicle has its quirks, and thankfully so far I’ve only kept up with the oil changes (moderately) I haven’t had to replace anything at all aside from the batteries. But, instead of buying oem, I upgraded to the yellow top optima and haven’t had any issues. Even has enough juice to jump my diesel that constantly dies! Over all this was a great purchase, hopefully it lasts at least to 200k

no automatic rear door opener- i thought i bought this "pimped" out? 80th anniversary edition. Heated seats wheel/don't shut off automatically once the car is heated up.

Just the right fit. Not to big however has plenty of room and power when needed. Have towing package to take my scooter and you wouldn't know it is there.
