I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

While my husband and I were visiting our son in Virginia from Buffalo, we experienced an issue with our Ford F 150. We thought we would be out of luck as it was late on a Saturday morning. With the help of Heidi in customer service, we were able to connect with Endzo. He was very honest and friendly, and we felt like we were valued customers even though we had just met. He even arranged for their shuttle to take us back to our son's apartment while the truck was being serviced. He was able to get our vehicle serviced and returned to us the same day! They did all of this for people who live six hours away. Koons went over and above our expectations. I would highly recommend Koons, especially Heidi and Endzo.

the car is largest enough to haul baseball equipment around, yet easy parking and handling. i like the interior and the room. the seats are very comfortable

I purchase my jeep brand new, not even 14 miles on it. Got the 3.6 v6, and now has about 43k on it. Aside from minor issues, like having to replace both batteries the first year, and the little electrical quirks it has like the service shifter light that randomly makes an appearance, and the radio getting messed up from an update, (which was covered under the warranty) I love my jeep. It has plenty of acceleration, so much so that I’ve considered lowering and supercharging it like the big brother SRT model. Obviously, every vehicle has its quirks, and thankfully so far I’ve only kept up with the oil changes (moderately) I haven’t had to replace anything at all aside from the batteries. But, instead of buying oem, I upgraded to the yellow top optima and haven’t had any issues. Even has enough juice to jump my diesel that constantly dies! Over all this was a great purchase, hopefully it lasts at least to 200k

Overall very capable vehicle. 3.2L with 4wd/factory trailer tow. Silly things show up like the service 4wd light that comes/goes and radio/controller that resets after replacement. Solid car with a good pedigree.

I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4WD in January 2017 as a slightly water damaged vehicle with 18000 miles on it and have been pleasantly surprised at how reliable it's been! It's now at 66,000 miles and still working perfect in any kind of weather. Decent gas mileage, hauls anything I've put in it, gone from PA to Florida twice, Tennessee 3 times, and Myrtle Beach twice. I paid 10800 bucks for it in 2017 and I figure after 6 years of use and multiple trips ~ it's paid for itself already. The key is keeping proper maintenance!

We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

I like this car a lot. I gave up a lot of interior space when I traded in my Journey for the Cherokee and the ride is not quite as smooth along with less gas milage but every other way it is far superior. Love the 4x4 and how it handles in snow. The interior design is very nice as is the exterior design. More sleek. It is still a nice comfortable ride, especially on the highway. It is much more reliable than my last car. The seat and steering wheel warmers are an extremely nice touch. Yea, I like the Jeep Cherokee very much.

I owned this Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus that they are selling at Spitzer Ford. Very reliable. Loved the remote start and the heated seats and steering wheel. Anything 40 degrees and colder when you used remote start would turn on the drivers seat and wheel and rear defroster and heated mirror. I did not lead foot the jeep I averaged 24.5 to 26 intown. Best I got was 33 on the highway. It has the 2.4 engine. Just needed to get bigger vehicle to haul my wife's mobility scooter. Will definitely miss the Jeep.

I found a vehicle on the Prime Motors LLC Virginia website. It is conveniently located if you are driving from Washing D.C. or Maryland. I read the mixed reviews online and decided to come have my own experience. I'm glad I came! The night before, Saturday, I sent a text message to the company letting them know which vehicle I was interested in. The next day Richard responded to my text message. He asked when did I want to come see the vehicle and I told him in a few hours that Sunday morning. He was very accommodating. I continued to text Richard as I prepared to go to the dealership. I texted so many questions and Richard answered them all. There was nothing left but to see the vehicle. This dealership has a friendly and cozy feel to it. Richard met my son and I with a smile and we headed to the vehicle immediately. We just met and Richard was so open and honest about the vehicle. He was patient and took his time going over each aspect of the vehicle. Richard accompanied my son and I as we test drove the vehicle and he took the opportunity to share more details about the car. After this experience I was sold. I did not expect to drive home with my car the same day. I thought I would have to come back in the week to pick it up because it was Sunday and other essential staff were not there. Kevin, who handled the tags was not there. To make sure I drove home with the car the same day he was called in. He walked through the door with a smile after coming in on his day off. They really put customers first! What more can you ask for? This encounter left me feeling like I made the right decision purchasing my car from this establishment. I arrived as a stranger and left as a friend! I purchased my Jeep Cherokee in 2015; still going strong. I am up to 133, 000 miles. It is a great car, not alot of issue and handles the road well. I will keep it a while longer.

Checked in immediately by Henry and car taken for service. Luis Prada made sure that the recall procedure was done promptly and efficiently and provided me with a loaner vehicle for the few hours to procedure took. Luis called me when the car was ready and it was returned washed and cleaned. There was no way Luis could have provided better service...that is why I continue to service my vehicles at Herb Gordon and buy my new ones there. Service counts. I can buy a Subaru multiple places but Herb Gordon (in this case Luis Prada) service excels.

I love my jeep. But my biggest issue is if you live somewhere where it get cold and you don't have somewhere to park it like a garage, be warned it might not let you drive it no matter how long you let it warm up. I have had this for almost 2 years now and both winters I have had trouble with the dashboard lights coming on. Lights like collusion lights, engine, and airbag. The problem is when all these lights come on, it shuts the car off and refused to left you move or change shifts. I will admit the first time it happen, I accidently left my phone charger plug in over night. I have now made sure everything is unplug and off before I leave my jeep. But every time since, when the weather get cold and it still had this issue. I have reported this to the dealer ship I got my jeep from but they say it just the battery volt being low from the cold. But I need my vehicle to work due to my job being one where I work all years including holidays.

He guided me through the process of the test drive, ordering the soon-to-be-built car I wanted, getting me up to speed on the car once it arrived, and helping me when I couldn't figure out a setup step after purchase. For service on my previous car, I used the Downtown Silver Spring location (walkable for me) and was pleased with them too. Sport is a great place for sales and service.

Came out of a Ford Fusion due to lease ending. Getting older, past 70 yearsof age, and my wife thought I would benefit from an suv with a higher seating position for entry and egress. My wife had a Grand Cherokee for 16 years and loved it. I drove it many times and enjoyed the versatility of an suv. Love my ‘21 Cherokee. The right size, great styling and image too. Power beaucoup with the V-6 engine and averaged 30 + mpg on road trip to Arizona and back. Interior is nicely appointed, the leather seating is good quality and comfortable. The Jeep handles well at all speeds and I feel safe and confident behind the wheel.
