This car is an excellent value compared to others the same size and features. Does not have all the fancy gadgets and touchscreens, but those are more things to go wrong. Gas mileage is fair. CVT automatic takes some time to get used to, but likeable.
Lena introduced the car buying process to me, and made it extremely simple to do so. She taught me a lot of brand new things about buying a new car. Glad she took the time to help me out and explain this whole new process to me. I could not be any more satisfied with my new Edge I leased from her.

Suresh arranged for a great 3-year lease deal on a Jeep Cherokee Limited. The process was transparent, quick and painless, which are rare qualities when it comes to car dealerships. Frank went over all of the closing paperwork, took his time to clearly explain the terms and fine print. He was super knowledgeable and will make sure that customers leave happy and satisfied. This is my second time leasing from this dealership. Their car service department has also been terrific over the years. Each time I have brought in my car for regular maintenance, service has always been efficient. I highly recommend this place together with Suresh and Frank.

I overall like my Jeep Compass. I went from a car to this vehicle. I am a bit disappointed in the layout of storage areas and tightness of cup holders. Only one place to plug in charging devices. I went from 2011 Sonata and feel like I lost some of the space, digital technology was better. I would think that in 2016 I would have better technology.
Franco Lombardo is the best! After having an awful experience with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep, Franco came through when we needed him most. We had leased the car through Eastchester Chrysler Jeep and when it came time to return the car, Eastchester refused to take it. We couldn't even get them to schedule an appointment. They claimed that the banks weren't picking up the cars and that they weren't accepting any more. They wouldn't even return our calls...not even the manager. Other Jeep dealerships were baffled that a dealership wouldn't take the car back from a customer who leased from them. Out of desperation, I called White Plains Jeep and thankfully found Franco. He understood the situation and even though we didn't lease from White Plains Jeep, he made our problem his priority in finding a solution. 5 days later, I was able to bring the car in with no issues. Franco's level of customer service and professionalism is unparalleled to any dealer (not just Jeep) that I have ever experienced. White Plains Jeep - You have a loyal future customer :-) Thank you Franco for everything.

This car meets our requirements and needs for our daughter. Roomy enough for her gear. Just right on the power and speed. Efficient gas mileage. Easy to drive. Minimal blind spots.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Easiest new vehicle purchase I've ever experienced.

This was my first time and Paramus Jeep and I can say that it will not be my last. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Jay the sales manager and introduced to Jerome the salesman. Right away they explained all possibilities I had to keep me within my monthly payment limit. Numerous times throughout the process Jay stopped over to insure it was going smoothly. Jerome expedited the process knowing I had limited time to complete the purchase and I cannot be more happy about my new Jeep. I want to thank Jay and Jerome for making this the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced!

I think the Jeep Compass is a great buy. Perfect size for a small SUV and overall great style. It picks up fast and drives and handles well. Nice interior and for the price is unbeatable.
Leo was not pushy & didn't seem to have preconceived notions about me. He answered all of my questions honestly. Good salesman knowledgable about the product.

I had several problems early on with my new Jeep Compass 2016. The reason I’m writing this is because I had, what should have been a minor accident and turned out the car was a total loss. I was bruised several places and very surprised the air bag didn’t go off. I did not feel safe in this car after my accident. Look at consumer reports before you by your next car. Jeeps are not rated well. I recommend buying a car with higher ratings.
I just bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. I worked with Jerome in the sales department and it was an excellent experience. Jerome was very knowledgeable about the car and helped me identify all the right options to meet my needs. He took the time to listen to my specific interests and helped me customize my car so it was precisely what I wanted (nothing less - but with nothing added that was unnecessary). It was clear to me, from our first interaction all the way through delivery that he genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I got precisely the Jeep I wanted for a fair price. It was a "no hassle" experience and I got a great car for the right price. I've bought many cars from many dealerships but, moving forward, I will highly recommend Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus and Jerome specifically to all my friends who are in the market for an automobile. The Sales Manager, Jay, was fantastic and it was clear, from my interactions with him, that he's been in the business a long time and knew the importance of great customer service. I could also tell he considers Jerome one of his "top" people and had (well earned) confidence in the deal he helped me negotiate. When I took delivery, Monah helped make sure all the paperwork was done promptly and properly and was respectful of my time. All in all this was a "five star" experience with a great team. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to navigate the sometimes stressful world of car buying. Carlos helped me out before but didn???t purchase anything that day. Wound up coming back to Paramus to see Carlos last minute and in the evening. The whole process was pretty fast from my previous experiences car buying. Was in at 5 and out by 8 with a brand new car and a trade in of old vehicle. Fast & efficient.
The entire staff was incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in. My salesman Leo Geldes was very diligent in making sure I got exactly what I wanted and that stayed within my budget. He pulled multiple models and explained the differences in each along with what upgrades were available. After purchasing the car I wanted he took the time out to link my phone to the car and also showed me multiple features and settings. Additionally, Carlos in Finance was very personable and made sure I understood all of the terms I was signing to. Overall this has been, by far, my best experience with a dealership to date.
