We came to Hertz after visiting a big name dealership that disappointed us in quality and cleanliness. Hertz blew them out of the water with friendly environment and CLEAN used cars. We didn't feel like there were sharks circling us. Instead we were greeted by a salesperson and later the manager. He let us look at cars without a hassle or pressure to buy. The manager pointed out some minor touch ups that he insisted on doing before the car was sold. Overall it was an honest, friendly, and easy experience.

We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.

I have owned my Jeep Compass for 4 days and so far I ave enjoyed the space, the smooth drive it offers. I especially like the big dials for the radio vplume controls.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I have had this vehicle for over a month now and I actually look forward to driving it each day. It’s very good on gas and has s very comfortable highway and city drive.. Definitely a 5 Star vehicle
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. The size of the Jeep Compass 2017 is perfect. I love where everting is. The car rides so smooth and there is so much space inside.
I had the best experience at Long Beach Mini. Ali Nash took the time to make sure my car was washed and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He helped me find the car of my dreams. William Rogoff took great care of me in finance, it was quick and smooth!

Very excited to get the smaller version of the Cherokee. Inside basic, the cloth seats are killing my leg, cushion is pitiful. Cant get out with out side panel hurting my leg. Drives ok, little speed.
Very impressed by the variety and quality of cars which were available to purchase from Hertz. All cars had low mileage and were priced competitively lower than other used car sale dealers. The Agent was very service oriented, and not pushy. We are definitely going to purchase our next vehicle from Hertz.

I've had this car less than a year and its been in the shop twice and going on 3 times due to mechanical issues. I've driven Jeeps all my life and this is the worst. Never had any issues like this with my other Jeeps .
