I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there. John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn???t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I???m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn???t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I???d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. Buying a new car from Jim Glover Dodge in Owasso was great. Staff was friendly and they really do try to be transparent with info and costs. I test drove several cars and once I picked out what I wanted, the process moved pretty fast. Scott Lackey was professional and helpful. Adam was also friendly and knowledgeable. Looked at several dealerships even though we???ve bought our last five vehicles from Nikels, and the end result was coming right back. The used dealership went above and beyond to accommodate both my time and financial considerations. In particular Sales Associate Andrew Medina was beyond helpful by both taking the time to provide me with preliminary numbers on several vehicles and texting me when there was any kind of sales. After four days Andrew continued to help through test drives, comparisons on different models, pricing, and even anwering calls on his days off. Once I finally decided on a vehicle, with no persuasion or coercion from Andrew, the manager (forgot name but really nice guy with beard) quickly got us through the process. It was by far the fastest transaction dealing with a car purchase to date. Trust me on this...I???ve been to every Jeep dealer within 100 miles and you will not find more fair pricing up front on the vehicle, fair trade value, or a better crew to help you out.

I had a very good experience with my cars service Monday. The gentleman who helped me was CDJR I think. I'm not good with names. Although it took a little while he was very helpful. I always bring my car to Bob Moore for service, because I trust them completely.
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.
I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.
Everyone was very helpful and were able too get us everything we were looking for and more
