I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and found this dealership easy to deal with--no high pressure, no back and forth to the sales manager to negotiate the price--Sales person Christopher Curran provided efficient and friendly service. Any questions I had were answered. I purchased a tri-fold tonneau cover, running boards and bedliner for my new 2016 truck. There were no delays and truck was ready when promised. Experience was wonderful everyone was terrific. Atmosphere was very positive. Justin was so helpful , made me feel at home, calmed my worries. Loved that they use a bell when someone gets approved and everyone of employees clap.
I was able to buy a much newer car, only a year old, after my bankruptcy. I had been told that it would be a very hard thing to do and would need special financing but would really help rebuild my credit more than anything right now. I told myself I would never buy a Kia but it is necessary now to go to work. I was fired from a job just 4 miles away and drive 47 miles to and from work. I really wanted a Dodge Challenger and sold my BMW 330i to a private party. But my payments would have been much higher, actually now my payments are slightly lower than the 2006 was, and less total cost than I paid for the 2006 BMW (for the 2017 Kia Soul). I did not like the fact they took away the CD player, but they added Sirius XM satellite radio and I adapted by putting my music from the CDs to the computer onto my phone's SD card which I can play on Bluetooth.
I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
Buying experience was simple. Sales rep explained options and was not pushy. He and his manager moved things along smoothly with no problems. When picking up vehicle all paperwork was ready and I was in/out in 45 minutes.
I can’t express in words how thankful I am for Jerry Gerken coming to my rescue after I had been in a car accident the day before totaling out my car I had purchased from him 3 years ago. Thanks Jerry for making my issues go away quickly with a car I am so happy with!
Great experience, Al was Great! I have financed twice before with other dealerships and its the typical spending hours to discuss, finalize & drive away with a car.. Branhaven was the opposite! Super helpful in discussing what my best options were, the whole process was smooth and quick! I've been driving Chargers/300s since 2005. For 7 years I've wanted a 300 AWD and found it here. Knew what I wanted and walked in. The sales rep, Derreck, was helpful, low pressure and most of all, attentive to my concerns, requests and most importantly, my timeline and availability. Having a sales rep who respects your time and choices on where to shop cannot be understated. Bald Hill won me over to Chrysler/Dodge in 2005 and won me over again in 2018. Over the years, this dealership has never disappointed. As for financing, they found an incredibly good rate by shopping local banks!
Friendly sales personnel who deal with you in a straightforward way. The service department is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facilities are smaller than some dealerships, but they are clean and offer more personal attention than the larger dealerships.
I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .

This was my third vehicle bought from Sheboygan Chevrolet. Just under a week after we purchased the vehicle we had an issue with the throttle body. I called Steve and he got right back to me. He even came out to my house to pick the vehicle up and the car was fixed the next day, at no charge to me. I will surely be buying vehicles here in the future!
Working with Ben and Randal was a great experience. Ben was able to accommodate my need to communicate via electronic means vs the traditional in person and phone calls. It was great that Ben responded to my online inquiry promptly and was able to set up an appointment so I could bring the truck to my husband to see what I was interested in purchasing. I had test drove trucks at other dealerships, but the personal service and ability to meet my needs is the reason that I purchased at Klein.

Worked with Chris he had vehicle out front waiting when got there ready for test drive didnt put limit on how far test drive was and no pressure approach when we returned back to dealer location i in fact had to tell him lets make a deal which was so different from most dealers and refreshing after spending a month shopping for a new truck also in and out fairly quickly so great experience overall ask for Chris is you shop there great salesman to deal with
Gary Klausen is the best car salesman in the world. He cares so genuinely about his clients. As soon as we walked up, I knew that this was the place to buy a car. He told me straight up what my price range would be that way I wouldn???t fall in love with a car I couldn???t have. Gary went above and beyond what was expected of him. He even told me that if I need my car serviced but had to work, he would come pick it up from my work, get it serviced and bring it back to me. I can???t express how grateful I am for Gary. After a horrible experience at a different car dealership, Gary made buying a car not so scary. Anyone that needs a car, new or used, go to Gary at Allen Samuels in Hutchinson, KS!!

Easiest car buying experience yet. They drove my truck to Houston, and it was just as beautiful in person, and drove my trade back to their location. The pictures are spot on. I was worried that buying a truck without driving it may be an issue but was assured that there was no obligation until it got here and O approved. Great experience.
Stanley of Brownfield had posted an ad in the Hobbs News Sun. I saw a vehicle in the ad I was interested in and called. I spoke to Steve Adcock. He located the vehicle I was asking about and said it was in Waco but he could get it here for us. We ya handled basically everything over the phone. Very curtious and very professional. I did a lot of research prior to deciding on a Jeep and Carl Burger was best dealership. I drove up and I was greeted by Mary and it was a smooth transition from there. I told her exactly what I wanted and she wasted no time in making it happen. Side Note: I brought my 2 kids and the team was so great to them (offering them snacks/water) they have a tv section and a small kids play area. I had a wonderful experience and will be sure to recommend Mary Roberts any chance I get.
Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
