Working with Ben and Randal was a great experience. Ben was able to accommodate my need to communicate via electronic means vs the traditional in person and phone calls. It was great that Ben responded to my online inquiry promptly and was able to set up an appointment so I could bring the truck to my husband to see what I was interested in purchasing. When considering getting a vehicle be sure to make Klein one of your first stops. I had test drove trucks at other dealerships, but the personal service and ability to meet my needs is the reason that I purchased at Klein.

What I love about him is that he isn???t a shmoozy salesman, trying to pressure you into anything. He just listened and did the research to find my dream car. He was available by his cell phone at all hours to answer any questions I had, and never once made me feel stupid. This is the kind of dealer you want to work with when buying a car. I wasn???t expecting to walk out of there with a brand new Jeep Cherockee!

I've been driving Chargers/300s since 2005. For 7 years I've wanted a 300 AWD and found it here. Knew what I wanted and walked in. The sales rep, Derreck, was helpful, low pressure and most of all, attentive to my concerns, requests and most importantly, my timeline and availability. Having a sales rep who respects your time and choices on where to shop cannot be understated. Bald Hill won me over to Chrysler/Dodge in 2005 and won me over again in 2018. Over the years, this dealership has never disappointed. As for financing, they found an incredibly good rate by shopping local banks!

I purchased my 2014 Town & Country new from Bald Hill Dodge. I get all my oil changes there and love the packages that they offer. The service is fast but even if it wasn't, the facilities offer comfy furniture, coffee, snacks, tv, newspaper, a clean bathroom etc. I enjoy having the time to sit and relax. The staff is very professional and friendly. At my last oil change, I was advised that my front brake pads were starting to wear and would probably need service in the near future. Several months later, I needed to have my car inspected and decided to schedule the brake pads for both axles at that time. When I was approaching my service date, I was given an adviser. Patricia texted me to let me know that I could contact her via phone or text for the duration of my service. I contacted her to explain about the brakes. She was very helpful. She told me to let them inspect the brakes first before scheduling the brake pad replacement. It was great advice. She contacted me later to advise of that my front pads passed inspection but were a little over 3mm and my back pads were over 4mm. After discussing with her, I decided to change the front rotors and pads as we will be going into winter soon. She assured me that I could wait until after the holidays to address my back brakes. I told her that I saw an online coupon for brake pad replacement. This wasn't exactly my scenario since it was a price for brake pad replacement not a coupon for money off. She told me that they would give me a $50 discount and she had already printed out the coupon for me. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated her constant contact and updates to me. I have always felt that I am a valued customer every time I call or walk through the door at Bald Hill Dodge.
I called this dealership because there were several open recall items for my truck. From start to finish of the process Brian in the service dept. treated me with the utmost respect and was very helpful. The work was scheduled and completed promptly with no issues. I am very pleased to say that my truck is now back in the green for recalls and they also completed a full inspection free of charge under my basic warranty and I feel safe knowing my vehicle has been fully checked out by the great mechanics at Larry H. Miller! These guys are the best!
Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
