I, own this vehicle, bought new at the time. I, must say it's a very fun vehicle. Good gas mileage, affordable price range on these vehicles new. Comfortable seats, touch screen stereo with apps. Really smooth suspension, and transmission drive mode selector. Good reliable vehicle, holds up well on the future resale value.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. The only time I have had any problems was when I was rear-ended by a semi years ago and even that was not the fault of my car. They are a dependable vehicle and not bad on price or looks! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
