Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Huffines and would definitely recommend them. Salesman was named Austin who was obviously well trained on the different trims and options and really provided a low pressure sales experience. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. Only because of the service advisor Quincy. Quincy is so hands on and very respectful of your time. He tries his best to get your car in and out. However it's out of his control when the manager do not hire enough staff for the amount of business this dealership gets. As I stated Quincy is an outstanding service advisor.
